When I arrived at my scheduled appointment time I was greeted politely right away and only waited a couple of mins before the nail tech took me to our booth. I was treated very well and the nail tech answered any questions I had and listened to my requests for how I would like my nails done. I also have sensitive nails/cuticles and my nail tech Carol, was very understanding and gentle with my hands. Lovely business ran by wonderfully polite people. It was my 1st visit to this nail salon and I will definitely be back.

Absolutely do not bother wasting your time and money at this establishment unless Kevin is working. If Kevin is not the one that does your nails they will be mismatched sizes, absolutely not what you asked for, and they will overcharge you. Only come here to see Kevin. He is a phenomenal Nail artist and does exactly what I want every time; charging me fairly. Kevin, you are the only person in your shop who listens to the client. Thank you. Below is what I wanted (Halloween eyeballs instead of sparkles) and what the lady did. She was so lazy and refused to do anything besides stickers. And yes, my nails are clean. She just never cleaned her station and got old nail files in my new set so it looks bubbled and dirty. I’d be willing to come back to see Kevin again but not worth the $80 she charged.

The best nail salon I’ve ever been to! I have had nearly everyone do my nails here, acrylics, dip, and shellac and they are all amazing! Very clean with friendly staff that were open to chatting or not. They were meticulous and experienced. They explained when they weren’t able to do a design and offered suggestions.
