I have given this place multiple chances and there’s always an issue. I made appointments I’ve always end up waiting an hour or more. Last time I waited OVER THREE HOURS. This was my second time going to Sparkle and I’m so happy that I found this nail salon! There is a fun and inviting vibe when you walk in and the nail techs do a fantastic job on your nails!! The key people that made it a great experience for me were first and foremost the dynamite greeter Chrissy, she keeps the place lit and energetic with her friendly character, humor and great music selections!! The techs I had were Carla (Pedi) & Adam (Dip Mani)…both did a really great job with my nail. I’ll definitely go back there from now on! Make an appointment if you can….the place gets packed!!

Made an appointment for a specific date and time. When I went in, I let them know I had an appointment and they said they would be with me shortly. I waited for over 20 minutes past my appointment time and ended up leaving without ever getting my nails done. I made an appointment as I had a time constraint but i couldn’t keep waiting. Apparently it doesn’t matter if you have an appointment and they don’t honor it.

TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE. I had to revisit the nail salon to get my toe repaired after getting a pedicure and toe repair from Amy. I was charged for acrylic/toe nail repair the first time. I came back in 2 days because it wasn’t fixed. I wasn’t supposed to pay for anything since I already paid for those services. However, I wanted to tip the young lady who repaired it anyway because it wasn’t on her to fix. It was for Amy to fix. The heavy set receptionist with a nose piercing charged me $5 and I told her I didn’t to expect to pay anything bc I already paid for those services the first time. I said I expected to tip the young lady who had to repair it anyway because Amy failed to do her job correctly the first time. She was very dismissive to what I said. She said no, Amy told me you cracked it. If I came 2 days ago for the same thing and paid. How the hell does that even make sense? She was very nonchalant about it. As a repeated customer, I will never come to Sparkle Nail again. That’s not how you treat people. Although $5 isn’t much, It’s the principle of the matter and the audacity for me! I rarely ever write reviews but I felt compelled to. It’s unacceptable and gross behavior to not accept accountability!

I have been coming to Sparkle nails for 3 years now, and I have tried other places, and nothing compares to Sparkle Nails, I moved and I rather drive 30 minutes and get a great job done here, than 5 minutes away from home and they did a garbage job. Honestly, really enjoyed Amy and Angie’s work. The cleanliness and of the salon throws me off. There was a roach that was roaming around the salon the last time I was there. I think there’s a lack of organization from the owner of the business. She gets flustered/overwhelmed easily. Overall, didn’t care too much for my last experience there.

This place does not take the time to take care of their customers and they have no regard for people’s time. I made an appointment for Mike, yet when I showed up they said there is no appointment on the book for me and put someone else in my place. They have a Receptionist that’s task with making the appointments for the shop, yet when I brought the concern to their attention, the owner Tee tells me I should have used their app to avoid human error. Why have a Receptionist then if you don’t trust her skills to simply make an appointment? They did this to my daughter on the days she was getting engaged which was grossly disappointing and here we are again. The customer service is extremely poor and I will never go back.
