I went in for a polish change and eyebrow MINIMAL cleaning. I don’t have a lot of eyebrows and told her I wanted a simple touch up at the tail of eyebrows. The polish change was decent and the people were friendly, but when the eyebrow process was painful. She ended up burning me and leaving a huge scar. When I left the nail salon, the pain kept increasing but by that point it was already late and they were closed for the night. So the next morning I went in to let them know what had happened and they were kind and offered a simple gift card of a free eyebrow wax or anything equivalent to it’s price, BUT they began to ask me did I go to thbeach because maybe I was sun burned and I was very disappointed because they burned me and made it seem like it was my fault and then didn’t even try to accommodate the fact that they scarred me and left damage for a simple procedure. So they next day bruise got even worse and ended up being a scar. I am so disappointed because I am prepping to see loved ones in a few days on a trip and now, I look like this. And when I returned the following day to show the salon how it scarred, she apologized and said she would give me my $12 back but first asked for the gift card. THEY BURNED ME AND DID VERY LITTLE TO MAKE IT RIGHT. If IT WAS A BROKEN NAIL, or bad paint job, that would be one thing, but this is a scar that who knows how long it will take to heal. AND I HAVE GROUNDS TO SUE. I don’t recommend this place at all. If a business can damage you in such a way and make minimum effort to rectify the situation, then they don’t deserve my money. I would give this place a zero if I could.
