The most horrible experience I’ve had I went in to get a new set and my plan was to have my nails look like the first photo. Instead Tommy (who is the one in charge of the place) suggested to just get fill in which I agreed to. However his work is so bad I constantly was showing him the photo and how I wanted my nails to look like and I ended up with bump, sloppy and ugly nails. They look nothing like the picture and I asked for gel and not even 30 mins my gel started to peel off this is a disgrace and I will never go back there ever again. The fact that I had to rush to another nail salon and I showed them my nails they asked if I had a professional do it is so embarrassing. The photos speak for themselves 100% and I wish I could rate them lower. DONT GO HERE ITS NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY!!?

the man tommy is really aggressive when buffing acrylic nails, will take off real nail and inflicts actual pain while he gets paid from it unless he can make you cry, than it’s “on the house” this place sucks only came here because they had free parking. avoid at all cost!!! Acrylic nails

Worst nail experience EVER!!! I’ve been here about 4 times and Anne usually does my nails but she wasn’t there this day so I ended up sitting with tommy I think his name is. First off, he didn’t even speak to me (I don’t want to have a full blown convo just a simple hello would’ve been fine) the only thing he said to me was what color, and go wash your hands. No greeting, no thank you for coming, no bye, NOTHING. So I figured he’s just like that and his work speaks for him. WHEN I TELL YOU I’ve never seen French tips done so horribly it was ridiculous. It was a FILL IN And he tried to charge me $40, WHERE???!!! But I don’t like to complain or put a price on anybody work because I know how hard it can be at times. But his work that day?? Oh no didn’t want to be there or do my nails, could’ve just said no honestly. So he finishes apparently, and the only reason I knew he was done was bc he got up and walked to the register. Then, when I showed him how bad of a job he did he had the audacity to ask me if I wanted $5 back like what? And begged me to please return to get my nails done. Yea, no thanks.

Way too expensive and totally not worth it. The male owner was rough and in a rush. I asked for a specific design and he said he could do it. Then more people walked in through the door and he said he couldn’t do the design I want because he doesn’t have the tools for it. (Lies!!) since it wasn’t hard for him to do. Then tried to do a design and color I did not want. I spent $40 for oddly shaped nails with no design. NEVER AGAIN!

This place is great for the job of getting your nails done, but the structure of the nail techs SUCK. Favoritism with certain customers, and not being attentive to customers waiting and walk-ins. The owner is gentle giant, but I don’t think he’s aware because he’s also working as well for the customers. Really good job in doing the nails, but favoritism with certain nail techs and there customers/friends of the nail techs ♀️

I am only giving 1 star because I have to in order to continue the review, if I did not have to they would get zero. Horrible experience, was not even greeted when I walked in, after 5 minutes I finally got a hello and sat with someone, at first I was OK with her, then she did my eye brows and after taking so much time to grow them she made then so thin! I guess that’s my fault since I took that chance!

Gel manicure was good but Pedicure wasn’t. I think for the price they charge they could do a better job. Is a very busy place so make sure you have extra time available when coming. Staff is great and friendly
