I had a gel no chip. Excellent job. My technician actually rolled my finger from side to side to be able to see wear to paint. The tools he used were out of a package so they were unused which is what I was looking for – a clean place. The pic I posted is after 1 week.

come here if you want unprofessionalism and sloppy nails. i got my nails done here about two weeks ago for my cousins wedding and the lady who did my nails completely shaved off most of my nail, cut my finger, didn’t get rid of previous nail polish and overall did a sloppy job. i’ve been trying to take my nails off but my nail bed is so thin that i’m in actual pain. nice people, bad service.

I just sat here for an hour only for 3 pedicures and two fill ins to be taken before me after I had already been sitting for some time. I was tryin to give this business the benefit of the doubt but there were only two people getting serviced when I walked in so there was no reason for that many people to be taken care of before me when I had been waiting for so long.

Critical: QualitySo I won’t lie the price is probably the best around, but if you want your nails to get anything other then simply painted go somewhere else. There is only one lady there who knows how to paint on designs. Not only that they do not listen to you. I have given them six chances already with my nails but today was the last chance I will give them! The lady asked me how short I wanted my nails and she cut them down perfectly then kept continuously filing them Soo unbelievably short, that my nails were shorter then when I even got there! Then I tell her the color and she tells me she cannot use it because it’s too light. What? So then she adds a total different color to my nails. I told her I didn’t want that color. Her response ” I don’t have time for this.” So she takes off the color I don’t want, and puts on the color I suggested instead, but she puts it on top of another nail that already has polish on it! Not to mention my nails are filed unevenly, and she didn’t even put polish all the way to my cuticle. When I went to check out, I showed the man my nails, and he told me it was ok. They are not ok, because they are not what I wanted or asked for at all! Then he asked me did I want him to file my nails more! Really? How much more can you file them, they are so short already. I just want to cry. $45 for nothing!! Actually I did cry. I’m so upset.
