I went on 12/30 1.5 hour prior to close. I’ve come to this nail salon on 2 other occasions and had a WONDERFUL experience. I feel like the nail tech rushed through the shaping, buffing, and the polish job. I also received a pedicure which came out ok. I called to get my finger nails repainted. I assume they may be closed for the holiday. I’ll call again Monday. This is unacceptable for $115 (tip included)

Wife went to the salon and says it’s the worst service of all the nail salons she’s been in her entire life. They were out of stock for a lot of colors she picked, after 4-5 attempts she ended up picking a color she didnt really like. She had a gel manicure and the nail technician did such a poor job. The color was painted past her cuticles and there was nail polish on her skin. The color was not applied smoothly so it looked like the color was not mixed well. After she made that comment the nail technician had the nerve to say it was because my wife’s nails were uneven. There were only two nail technicians on site and had poor English. Mitch the owner was present in the beginning but decided to just leave the shop (he was the only one who could speak English well enough). My wife ended up having the nail technician remove the nail polish, she wasn’t even competent enough to do that job so after 1.5 hours wasted at the salon my wife came home and had to remove the rest of the nail polish herself. Mitch the owner did not seem to want to do anything to make it better. My sister in law has gone to this salon numerous times and thought they were great up until this moment. She is very disappointed in their behavior and how my wife was treated she is not going back again

The lady Who did my nails was very nice her name is Van. She said 2:30 was ok but when I came the woman in the chair was getting her legs scrubbed I wish she would’ve said come back later or even called at 2:15 saying to come at 3. Either way I waited patiently and told her not to rush because the lady in the chair deserved a good pedicure. I ended up sitting in the massage chair falling asleep and was serviced 20 minutes later. Even through, when she was painting she said 5 minutes which I knew was not true. My pedicure was METICULOUS those reviews are correct..painfully so. My cuticles HURT and I told her many times it hurt. She was fixated on getting something out. If she could, she would’ve lifted my toe nail off to get whatever it was. She was the only one working. I paid $60 which is kinda high for a gel pedi. I’m used to $50-55. I probably won’t be back. I wish she put the cuticle effort into the $7 callus remover. Also, I read somewhere someone used their nail to remove the customers nail, Van used her nails to dig under my cuticle. Gross

Came with my daughter for two express pedicures. Had to ask for a clean set of tool twice and still not sure if I got it. My daughter picked several colors for her toes – which was never a problem in other salons but has proven to be a problem/disaster here. They simply didn’t understand what she was asking. My 2 minute massage included in the price was virtually non existent. Not coming back.
