Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI’ve been going to Sparkle 10 Nail Spa for years and have not had a single complaint. The place is extremely clean which is a huge thing to always look at when you go to a nail salon. The color selection is phenomenal! I always get the $40 pedicure along with a gel manicure. The spa pedicures include massages, hot stones, leg masks and much more. Not only are the services relaxing, the nail technicians do a great job and are very thorough. I always make an appointment with Vicky because she is my personal favorite, but I have to say, I have probably had every single nail tech in this business and they all are incredibly talented. If only you knew how picky I was when it came down to my nails, you would know exactly why I go to Sparkle 10 Nail Spa. 10/10! Would not go anywhere else. Oh & I drive from NJ now on the weekends to get my nails done! I’ve been going to Sparkle 10 Nail Spa for years and have not had a single complaint. The place is extremely clean which is a huge thing to always look at when you go to a nail salon. The color selection is phenomenal! I always get the $40 pedicure along with a gel manicure. The spa pedicures include massages, hot stones, leg masks and much more. Critical: ProfessionalismI came in to have acrylics done on my nails and requested a French manicure. The next day the tips of my nails started chipping. I went it to have them fixed and was confronted by the Male that’s always there there and told “later” he was rude and extremely unprofessional and when a female manicurist came to talk to me he was making comments under his breath. I have spent plenty of money there and I tipped her 20.00 for a 45.00 bill. I came in to have acrylics done on my nails and requested a French manicure. The next day the tips of my nails started chipping. I went it to have them fixed and was confronted by the Male that’s always there there and told “later” he was rude and extremely unprofessional and when a female manicurist came to talk to me he was making comments under his breath. I have spent plenty of money there and I tipped her 20.00 for a 45.00 bill. The women were polite and willing to help but his actions have convinced me that I will never do business with them again and will never recommend the salon to anyone.

Got my nails done yesterday (asked for tips & UV gel) and the guy who did them just did not care. I asked for regular gel, pushed me to do powder for what I wanted. Whatever. Now $63 nails that Helen Keller could’ve done better. Once I tipped him $20 (felt bad bc he had to throw out half the bottle of powder after doing my French tip even though I knew powder just wouldn’t work but they wanted more $$) he told me to sit down again bc he was gonna put a top coat on now and moisturize my hands and put the towel on. Oh now because I tipped you well you wanted to do a better job? They still are the awful poorly done bubble nails you have to see when you get powder. Will not be going back again. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI wish I read the reviews prior to going bc every single bad review is WELL DESERVED by this terrible “salon”I went in asking for uv gel tips and was told she couldn’t do them for me bc they wouldn’t come out good. She recommended the powder gel. I’ve had both in the past and I personally like the uv gel best. Powder is good for manicures in my opinion. So I showed the nail lady a PICTURE ( medium length square nails! Cant get more original/generic than that!!!) to match the shape and requested she cut them slightly shorter than picture. WELLLLL she not only cut them as short as possible ( I’m assuming bc she had 45 mins to closing) she in no way made them square!! I was so confused and thought maybe the language barrier although she understood and replied in perfect English when discussing powder. Vs uv sets. I was rushed the most I’ve ever been rushed ever stepping foot in any nail place. The dude sitting at the first table was the rudest man. When asked to put a tip on my credit card he told me he already rang it up and that I can use the atm. I did not want to use the 5$ + fees atm so I said I would come back in the morning with the lady’s tip. The man then agreed to put tip on my card by running it again. I told him 5$ and even that is bc I felt bad giving less bc her work did NOT deserve 5$ tip in the slightest, but Either way the man while mid grabbing my card from my hand said no only ten dollar minimum so it’s ten dollars. I politely said ok nevermind I’ll return in the morning. This nut job was fighting me trying to pull my own credit card from my hand !!!I was so disgusted I left without even drying my nails! I could care less at that moment jsut wanted nothign to do with the place and wanted the ugly nails off my finger tips. I could’ve done a better job myself attempting powder gel at home! So angry and annoyed at the waste of money and how rude everyone was !
