Please ladies & gentlemen do not look further! Spark’s has been nothing but incredible since I’ve started going here in July. I LOVE Kathy, I get dip manicures 2x a month & a pedi once a month, & she NEVER MISSES! I’ve used other people here who are just as fabulous, but Kathy has always been my go to! The BEST nail place I’ve ever found! As we all know with nail salons it can be so difficult to find somewhere that has consistent good service. Please ladies & gentlemen do not look further! Spark’s has been nothing but incredible since I’ve started going here in July. I LOVE Kathy, I get dip manicures 2x a month & a pedi once a month, & she NEVER MISSES! I love this salon! Every nail artist is professional, pleasant, and genuinely nice – and they don’t try to upsell products or services, which I really appreciate. The prices are extremely competitive, and with the quality of work they provide, well worth every penny. I normally go in for standard Mani-Pedi, but today I had a special request: runic symbols on my manicured nails for my brother’s Viking-themed wedding… Stunning! I can’t wait to see my brother’s face when he sees what I did to honor his special occasion!

Went on a Friday night, and even though there were several other customers there, there were plenty of people on staff and we didn’t have to wait at all. Updating from the one star review I left yesterday. I was immediately called after leaving the review and asked to come back in so they can fix. I’m upset that they would even let me walk out of there with that kind of manicure. I was not going to stand there and argue with them but I also should have been heard when I said I did not like the design and even showed the owner (or who I believe to be the owner/manager) what I was walking out with. I was not able to go back the same day as I had already been there for 2 and a half hours. I went back in today to see Elly and she fixed everything. Between the shape, the top coat, and the design, she did well. I will give them another chance only because Elly clearly knows what she is doing with dip powder and design.

It was my first time here since opening as Sparks (note: I was not a fan of the work 10 years ago under the previous ownership). I went on a Tuesday evening and was seated immediately for a dip powder and manicure (with removal of previous dip). I couldn’t have asked for a better technician to work with my picky self! Le (pronounce Lay) is my kind of tech. She has personality, makes you feel welcome (it felt like I knew her for years way before I left), the only thing missing was wine to wind down my day. Her work was what I needed after an unbearably unattractive last dip powder service. The removal was different for me -she drilled off all layers, didn’t touch alcohol for soaking at all. The manicure was perfect, she asked for permission to trim cuticles which was very attentive to customer’s various preferences. Finally, she built up my dip powder perfectly and shaped my nails perfectly for their length. The new owner came in and Le wanted to introduce me to her because she liked me. Definitely a match for location and quality of service, I will be back for sure!
