So I have been coming to this location for about a year and have been more than satisfied with my service and nail techs…..I love Mickey……when he is not booked up his work is amazing! When booked I still like his work too. I love the professionalism and cleanliness of the establishment. Oh..you pay for what you get…if your looking for a bargain, this is not the spot. I was in town visiting a friend and we scheduled mani/pedis at Sparenity. I had the Lavender pedicure and gel manicure. Mike was wonderful! He was very attentive with the scrub and callus removal. He also painted my nails perfectly. I have to say that it was a very relaxing afternoon at Sparenity- Just what I needed after an exhausting week. I will be going again

I often come here for a quick Gel polish change on my toe or Gel Fill in. I normally try to stick to the same person but its hard when you walk in.. I’m always accommodated and fit in even with my picky self I’m pleased every time. They treat you with a small bowl of fresh fruit and drink. I normally get a cold chi drink. I will return

Critical: ProfessionalismKatie is the best technician but is always booked. Connie is the owner and can be very attitudinal and lacks empathy towards customers. I drove over an hour to get to an appointment today with Connie and was told when I got there that she couldn’t service me. She offered an inexperienced tech to do my services but I refused. Instead of making me a priority for another day, I had to be rescheduled for next weekend. If it wasn’t for Katie being there, I wouldn’t frequent this place. When you have been going here for a few months and had never had a bad experience but lately everything has been BAD. It doesn’t matter if you have an appointment or not, get ready to wait at least 20 – 30 mins for someone to come get you. But if you have to reschedule an appointment and you call them 3 hours before your appointment you get hassled about it. Don’t need this, can take my business elsewhere.
