This salon has a lot of potential, but it didn’t meet it. They gave me a margarita which was awesome, but the lady who did my manicure did not understand English at all. I told her what I wanted multiple times and I did not get that. If she didn’t understand me she should have gotten someone who could. I also think she was too aggressive, sometimes it was borderline becoming painful. The next person who finished my nails was really sweet but they did not fully understand what I wanted before they went in and took off most of one of my nails to the nub. I just felt on edge the whole time because I didn’t know if they were going to cut off my nails randomly without asking. I was not wrong feeling that way.

I’ve gone to this nail place twice, as I am new to Kyle. First experience was good. Second experience was awful. I got there a couple of mins after open on Sunday for a dip mani and a pedi. They were so quick at this time 2wks prior. I was very excited to enjoy myself, I have a new baby and limited time. This whole process ended up taking 2.5hrs which is insane. The owner started my nails…his demeanor was frantic and rude. He would actually hit my hand if it was in his way. I was then passed person to person until I finally got one girl to complete my dip and do the pedi. She was nice, but SO SLOW. The staff is extremely unorganized and kind of rude as a whole.I suppose that is expected when your staff is majority 16-20 year old girls. When I finally got to check out, the two children working the register in the front could not properly ring me up and had to call a third child over to help…I was charged for the removal of dip (they put on the previous time) and for filing my nails into a different shape. I didn’t even have time to argue, so I just left. To sum up, I saw women getting the same services come in after me and leave before me and I was grossly overcharged for things that should be included in the already pricey service. Maybe it was an off day, but as no one on the staff cared at all. I will not be returning.

Do not waste your money here!! I went and got a dip powder manicure from here and 3 days later one nail chipped/cracked I thought okay just one and then the next 3 days 3 other nails chipped and whatever top cost they used was literally peeling off my nails. I went to them and asked to fixed it- they did they were just very rude about it. Told me I need to be careful-I told them I am I only work from home typing I am not rough on my ails and I’ve never had this happen before all he kept saying was idk what you do and I don’t need to know I just know you need to be careful. When he fixed them he said they may last a week or so more but it’s because whatever I am doing to them?? Here we are 2 days after they( the chipped/ cracked and peeled ones) were fixed and already another is cracked( one that he just fixed) and a new one is now peeling. DO NOT GO HERE! $50 + Tip for a manicure that hasn’t even lasted ONE WEEK!

I went there 2 yrs ago they did great on my pedi. Now I came back on march 21st for a pedi and the girl trimmed off part of my nail wall! I thought it was needed but once it felt a little uncomfortable I was having 2nd thought’s about it. It’s been 2 days now and this is what my toe looks like!

Really great nail salon! The staff is incredibly talented and very friendly. The pedicure chairs are super comfy and have the right amount of pressure on your back. My mom, bother and his girlfriend all went in for pedicures and we had a lovely relaxing visit. The salon is very clean and they have a lot of service options (and lots of polish colors). Enjoy your visit!

Most everything from this experience left me not wanting to return. What was supposed to be a 40 minute pedicure which was exactly perfect timing for me, with 10 or 15 minutes to spare, ended up being over 90 minutes long. I gave one star because it’s possible that the nail technicians for my friend and for me were probably experiencing their first day. We both left with mediocre looking toenails. The best part of the afternoon was the room temperature white wine.
