I went to this place earlier this year, and I had a pretty good experience at first. Unfortunately, I ended up forgetting about my second appointment here. I called to apologize as soon as I realized (10 minutes after the scheduled time), but the person on the phone hung up on me before I could get much of a word in. I brushed it off — after all, it was my fault for forgetting about the appointment (I am in nursing school, so my schedule can be quite hectic).

I was passing through the area for business and was fortunate to get an appointment at Spankys. The shop has a great atmosphere and the entire staff is friendly. Andy did a wonderful job and provided a wonderful experience. He constantly engaged me and put me at ease.
