Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThey were excellent! Everyone was very nice upon entering. They took my name and said it would be about 45 minutes, but if i wanted to run somewhere they would call me. I showed the inspo picture for the marble nail and I think she did a great job. The woman helping me took her time to make sure shape and length were perfect and kept asking if i liked it or if it was okay. She was very sweet and detail oriented. They were excellent! Everyone was very nice upon entering. They took my name and said it would be about 45 minutes, but if i wanted to run somewhere they would call me. I showed the inspo picture for the marble nail and I think she did a great job. Positive: Professionalism, PunctualityI can not stress enough how amazing this place is now that they are under new management!!! This place has a BRANS NEW FRESH START, and it’s definitely worth checking out… Vicki did my nails and she is probably the sweetest, most caring nail tech I’ve ever spent my money with… I had a couple crooked nails during the application… Instead of her telling me that it looked okay, she took the entire nail off and started over… I was so impressed by her professionalism!!!! I can not stress enough how amazing this place is now that they are under new management!!! This place has a BRANS NEW FRESH START, and it’s definitely worth checking out… Vicki did my nails and she is probably the sweetest, most caring nail tech I’ve ever spent my money with… I had a couple crooked nails during the application… Instead of her telling me that it looked okay, she took the entire nail off and started over… I was so impressed by her professionalism!!!! They’re accommodating, and the attention to detail that James has with nails is incredible. He does an amazing pedicure with a foot and leg massage that is so therapeutic; this is my new nail shop.
