I love the lymphatic drainage massages at SpaLyfe. Lymphatic drainage massages are hard to find to begin with, but Pamela is the best. I’ve done a decent amount of research into lymphatic drainage massages and was looking for a very specific technique. I had gone to a few other places before Pamela and didn’t feel they were true lymphatic drainage massages. Pamela does an amazing job and you can visibly see results during the massage that also last well after in terms of slimming and contouring. Again, this is a very specific massage so definitely do your research before. Whereas most massage places will predominantly focus on your neck/back, this is a full body massage using the primary technique of longer and more forceful strokes intended to activate your lymphatic system. I personally find this type of massage both relaxing and effective, but for a newcomer to massage or someone who has mostly experienced a more basic massage like a Swedish massage, this will definitely be a different experience, but in my opinion well worth it.

I have been going to Pamela for several years and she is the best! She does excellent massages with lots of pressure if you want it, she can add hot stones and customize to your wishes, she let’s you pick the music and aromatherapy and is very attentive and considerate. She also does excellent and gentle facials and has recently added laser hair removal which is almost painless! I have recommended her to many friends and everyone who has gone loves her too. Her new location is excellent with additional space and amenities!

I am so happy I found Pam! The massage was excellent! I love deep tissue massages and generally do not like women therapist because they can’t apply the amount of pressure I require. Pam’s pressure was very heavy and thorough, she relieved all of my tension and knew where to find all of my trigger points. I felt like a new woman when I left. I will definitely be scheduling another massage with her!
