The front desk staff acts like a bunch of tweens as they laugh and ‘play’ on Instagram. facility is not as clean as it should be. The services I’ve gotten there so far are NOT worth the high price. Staff overall is rude and unprofessional and I’ve seen them talk/giggle about the guests behind their back, even making fun of them. Very juvenile. I also noticed online they don’t reply to any of the low star reviews which tells me management doesn’t really care.

I highly recommend Ashlee Corning for balayage, foils and haircuts. I’ve been seeing her for 5 years. When we first met she helped me transition from platinum blonde to natural blonde. My hair is much more healthy as a result, I look more youthful, and receive many compliments. In addition, Ashlee is a great listener and takes pride in her work. Look no further for cut and color.

Luxury pedicure? What a joke! I complained after the first time and chalked it up to it being the end of the day and the esthetician probably just wanted to be done. It was very quick. No foot massage at all other than to slather on some products that were removed with a thin, cold towel that my feet were resting on during the appointment. Paint job was not the best either. I decided to try it one more time with someone else. Same process. Quick, no massaging, same wet, cold, thin towel to remove product. This time cuticle removal hurt and my polish has chipped off within a week. Spalon…..re-train your staff on how this luxury pedicure should be done or rename it an express pedicure. Where’s the massaging? Where’s the warm wet towels wrapped around your feet while this supposedly luxury product soaks in? I feel so ripped off!!! I wanted to say something again but I didn’t want to get accused of trying to get a free pedicure. I will never return for this joke of a pedicure again.
