Annual pedicures with girlfriends for our birthdays! They schedule us all at the same time..next to each other! Always professional, clean, personable. We’ve been doing this for several years! Highly recommend for group pedicures. I was disappointed when I scheduled a group manicure…I assumed we would be side by side..my sister and I. We weren’t, we were some distance away from each other. The manicure was nice, professional, but the fun would’ve been to sit next to my sister. I was treating her for her birthday. They couldn’t accommodate us on the manicure, but can on pedicures.

Buyer beware.. I attempted to purchase a spa package on Saturday for my wife and all was good, I spoke to a lady who was incredibly friendly and furnished me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision to treat my wife for her birthday. She mentioned a manager was going to contact me to finalize the package which I thought was a bit strange but oh well it is what it is. Saturday no call. Sunday no call. Monday No call. I finally initiated a phone call to the Woodbury location to find out what the heck was going on with my purchase and I was told that the person who schedules the spa day is off and she is the only one that can make this happen. I find this highly unprofessional and odd that only one person can book a $400 spa package, you would think the business would be salivating to book any spa package but especially at $400 spa package. I spoke with Kayla who was a manager however, she couldn’t help me in anyway other than get me a name of another person that is a suppose to be a manager by the name Dylan that was going to help me however he was not in. All I want to do is spend money and surprise my wife with a birthday present. I used Spalon montage last year and it was flawless and all I can say is this year it’s been a nightmare. I don’t know if the leadership changed or the business has just gone down hill from just 1 year ago. I would really appreciate someone reaching out to me to try to remedy this situation.

This will be the last time I ever go to Spalon Montage. 10 Years ago you could expect top of line facials and massage treatments. The last three times I’ve been there my facial and massages have been the worst I’ve ever had. I gave it one last try today. It was awful. I laid there for 10 minutes with nothing happening. I had to sit up to see if the esthetician was still there. The massage was non existent. Was like someone barely touching me. I couldn’t wait for it to end. This was my last straw. Oh did anyone ask how my service was. No, no they didn’t. So I’m giving my feedback here for all to see. Avoid the spa here. It’s not what it used to be.

Made an appt for a hair cut and color. Explained all the details of what I wanted. Get there and the one cutting my hair said they didn’t book enough time and they do it all the time. Convinced me to reschedule 2 weeks further out. Morning of, cancels appt as the one coloring hair isn’t going to be there. Everyone was nice to speak with. However, I don’t splurge on myself like this. Haven’t had my hair colored professionally in 15 years. Definitely won’t be looking here to do that if I even get the desire to again. Done with this place.

Pretentious attitude does not cover for inadequate performance. When someone provides a photo and specifically asks if it will work with their hair, one expects a truthful answer. When your stylist asks about length and touches your shoulder where you AGREE the length should be, it should happen that way not 4 inches SHORTER.

I was on vacation and wanted to get my hair cut and dyed. I went to the Woodbury location to get it done. I showed them a picture of what I wanted. But instead of giving me what I wanted they gave me what they wanted. So I called up and I spoke with the manager to set up a date to get it fixed. It did not work out and now I have to go back home with my hair the way they did it. I was given an apprentice that was available however she had no experience and did not ask for help or question the professional teacher that was right there to verify the color or cut. So no one was available to check the work that she did. In my opinion do not go to the Woodbury location.

Was called 30 minutes before my entire day of services to let me know they had to cancel. Took they day off of work and they had no answers other than sorry. Not that they care because they can’t even respond to their reviews. 10/10 do not recommend.

Had my first facial and massage today. The facial was a 10/10! Spa environment is dark and warm (candles everywhere and salt lamps in the treatment rooms). I’d return for another facial over massage. While the massage was enjoyable, it wasn’t as deep as I had expected (which also could be on me for not voicing it during the massage).

My daughter got her hair highlighted. $255 later, they turned her hair YELLOW!!! When we called to ask them to fix it, the manager called back and said they were just trying to protect the “integrity of the hair” and there is a good change there was nothing that could be done, but the first step is to come back to see. My daughter went back today and the stylist did a BLEACH WASH and said the only other option was for my daughter to pay for a complete color correction… TO CORRECT WHAT SHE DID!!! They sent her out the door again, with yellow hair after the bleach wash, which by the way is not a good option if you’re trying to “protect the integrity of the hair” Don’t waste your time or money with this place. Her hair looked 1000X better prior to visiting this salon, we’ll be going somewhere else for a color correction.
