I’m sharing this in hopes to save someone from wasting a lot of money. I’m not gonna mention names of the stylist as this is right before Christmas and don’t want to ruin anyone’s weekend. I purchased a $400 gift card for my wife and finally got her to take the time to use it. She’s a hard-working woman who doesn’t put herself before others. She decided to go in for haircut and highlights, although she usually goes to studios RK,who takes care of her hair but with the gift card decided to try out this place. Overall, her experience as she expressed to me was very unprofessional and frustrating. She had called ahead for her appointment, and made very clear that she has a lot of curly hair. This, however, was not a good enough warning as her hairstylist was booked with another appointment very quickly after hers began. The hairstylist made it very obvious that she was frustrated and numerous times spoke condescendingly and frustratingly of my wife’s hair. This made her very self-conscious, and in short, made the whole experience worthless. She explained to me that more than once her hairstylist head dripped toner on her eyebrows. My wife wiped it away quickly as she did not wanna weird spots on her eyebrows. While getting her hair washed, she exclaimed that the woman continuously pressed her breast into my wife’s face. Despite what she had requested, blonde highlights with a layered haircut she appears to have a reverse bob style haircut and very choppy uneven sections of hair all over the back. My wife is had her hair done many times in the past for occasions and events and has never had a haircut like this. She also explained that some of the hairstylists were also the masseuse . I believe the biggest problem with this facility is the management. I understand being a business owner myself. Good help is hard to find. I also understand they’re ripping people off for a subpar product is acceptable. I hope to saves another man from buying his wife a gift card here, or perhaps a woman from taking the chance.

I absolutely love this spa and highly recommend to anyone. Tyler, my male massage therapist was excellent and will be rebooking with him this week or next. He had a very balanced touch and recommended next treatment according to my needs. Also my hair expert Ingrid is THE BEST as well. She makes me feel and look like a celebrity. 🙂 The staff also really does accommodate to anything needed as well. I am very excited for the remodel too coming!

My mother & I got the Queen for a Day package. Oh wow, it was such a treat. We haven’t been able to stop talking about what a wonderful day we had. Tammy was my massage therapist & I would recommend her to EVERYONE! Hands down the best massage I ever had. Kendall was my esthetician, I felt like I was able to learn so much in that hour! She even took a little extra time to get my problem areas nice & clean. I don’t remember the woman’s name who did my nails but she had pretty dark curly hair & a Batman tattoo. She was SO cool & even made sure my nails were fixed after I messed them up by accident. I left the spa feeling so good & like everyone was a friend. That’s a wonderful group of people working here. Can’t wait to do it again!

If you’re looking to get a great massage, BROOKE is the way go!!!! She asked thorough questions and gave me clear, easy instructions. She understood my exact needs and even worked out tension in my back I didn’t know I had. She has a great ability to change between deep and light pressure in places where needed. Brooke is just so sweet and professional and I can tell she actually cares to go above and beyond. She truly gave me the spa experience I was looking for.

I did a facial with Stephanie and she is the best!! I’m a strange relaxer and prefer to chat depending on the person and she was super sweet and we had a great convo! I’m also a skin picker(bad habit ugh) and she was super non judgmental! 10/10 would recommend! Love you Stephanie!

We went for massages for a girls’ day and enjoyed the place. I typically go to one that’s a full day spa including hot tubs, saunas, etc. but since none are open after the hurricane this was our next go-to place. The spa area was nice, very quiet and relaxing, and the massage from Nelly was amazing, just what we needed.
