This was my second time going here! Took advantage of the daily deal. They always have a great deal going on. Was able to call in the morning and get seen that day. The staff is very friendly and answered all my questions. Shay did an amazing job with my massage. She asked me what areas I needed the most work on and did a fabulous job! Definitely going back!

Pleasantly surprised!! Let me say this- At first I was scared. I “judged a book by its cover”. The outside of this place is a bit displeasing. The smell of weed coming from the smoke shop next door wasn’t my cup of tea as I got out of the car- but once I was inside—- it was lovely(no more smell)! The ambiance was relaxing and felt inviting. The receptionist was friendly, warm, and professional. I had about a 10-15 minute wait- but nothing stressful. They offered me tea or water while I waited. The massage therapist I had was Saagii, and she was so great! She was also professional, kind and easy to talk to. She listened to my concerns and worked on the areas I needed. She never rushed. She gave the full service that I came for. She was firm where I needed it and gentle where I didn’t (I recently had surgery). I’m so glad I went in and used the Groupon I bought! Thank you Spa180 and Saagi!

Plenty of parking but please save yourself from coming here. Had a couples massage with and additional 30 minutes and a 30 minute facial. One star for TT because she saved this review. I had Nora and I was just pure laziness. All it was, was leaning all of her weight on me the entire time. The foot scrub was only on the top of my foot which was painful and just sad. She gave me my facial and I had to tell her to loosen the head wrap and mod way through I had to tell her to stop slapping my face. I told the manager and she said that Nora was the best in town! I couldn’t believe it. The massage was not even 90 minutes. So you’ll end up paying for time that was not serviced. So please, please don’t come here. Drive a little further to the one I’m Shirlington. For a little of background, I do have massages at least a few times a month. Needless to say I will steer clear from here.

Today was my first visit at Spa180 Elite. I selected this spa because of the very positive Google reviews. I was not disappointed. The reception staff was very attentive and customer focused. My massage therapist (Shay) did an AMAZING job working on the areas that I identified as being of primary concern…as well as other muscle areas that needed attention. She is truly fantastic!! I highly recommend Spa180 (Fort Washington)…and particularly recommend Shay!

Sarah was my masseuse she was quiet like I like. She was very attentive and focused. I had a mask, swedish massage, and a foot scrub. She recommended that I come back for facial and I’m definitely going to book it. I found the spa to be nice and calming.

The lymphatic drainage massages with Sarah really help my surgical recovery!! Sarah is very technical and heals your body with real therapy! I have also had the body scrub with Sarah which made me feel comfortable and makes my skin glow. Highly recommend planing several sessions with her to learn your needs and get all the problem areas.

My experience was nothing short of amazing. The staff was nice, and my massage was a 10 out of 10. I had a therapeutic massage with Shay, and the pressure was right, and she made me feel very comfortable; so much so that I think I was sleep about 15 minutes into the massage. Definitely consider the “Shay Experience”.

Cute little spa! The professionalism and friendliness I was greeted with was outstanding. Champagne was delicious. I was treated to a “Spoil Me Package”. I had the pleasure of having Bill. He was a delight. Although he applied a lot of pressure, I did not leave sore, uncomfortable, or in pain. I fell asleep twice. I will be back to see Bill again.
