I went to Chelsea for Botox & I would recommend her 10000x over and over. She made me feel so comfortable, listened to all of my concerns, & went above and beyond. I have never felt more confident after leaving my appointment with Chelsea. Do yourselves a favor & book with her!! BOTOX treatments

Crazy to me how alll these bad reviews seem to be about these gift cards they pushed so hard to sell during the holidays. Seems like a huge scam to get paid twice for a gift card just to get clients in and suddenly they “cant use the card for this” or “cant find your card for that”. No fine print or exclusions was ever stated when SELLING the card, but now when its time to pay the piper they have all kinds of issues. Hopefully management takes note before the Better Business Bureau gets involved because we can smell a scam when we see them Spa West. DISGUSTING.

I have used this location in the past purchasing a gift card for my wife. I recently purchased another gift card from their website as part of a Christmas gift. Unfortunately, when my wife called in to schedule an appointment, she was notified that she would be unable to use her gif card because the procedure she was looking to get is performed in the med spa section (microdermabrasion). When she asked why that is when the gift card was purchased on their website with no fine print stating gift cards are only valid in the day spa the response was “this is something the owner recently implemented”. If the gift card is purchased on their website all available products and procedures should be available to her. If I would have known that the procedure, she normally gets would not have been available to her I would have never purchased the gift card in the first place and just gave her the cash. Poor communication and transparency.

When you first walk in you are always greeted by a friendly smile while checking in. The facility is always cleaned, and the staff always is there to make sure that all your needs are met. I constantly go in for facials with Gladys and she is absolutely amazing! I always come out feeling relaxed, and refreshed with beautiful skin! I have been once for a pedicure with Marianne and she took the time to make sure that the polish was sitting correctly on my one toe that I bumped and re did more than once. While most people would have just left it.

Came in the first time for a facial and had such a positive experience I added a monthly membership. Second visit was for massage and it was fantastic. Shannon took time to listen to my concerns, ask how I was feeling and explain what was going on with my neck and back. Looking forward to many future visits, thanks Spa West!!
