So strange! I received a gift certificate but I had a hard time using it. I tried to book a package that they emailed to me but they wouldn’t let me because gift certificates may not be used for their specials. Be warned, gift certificates here do not equal money, my advice is DO NOT buy a gift certificate, instead, give your loved one cash. Less romantic, but easier to use.

Wow. After frequenting and enjoying this spas for 15+ years, for the past 5 consecutive months I have called 13 times, talked to no-one, been pushed to voice mail where I have left at least 6 messages where I am told I would have a return phone call and not once has anybody called me back. Not once. My daughter has had same experience. You lost me for good as a customer. My business will be going elsewhere. I truly hope your loyal customers follow suit.

Good luck actually receiving a pedicure. Having received gift certificates, we’ve had now two different appointments cancelled literally the day before due to their one technician being unavailable. You’re required to make appointments several weeks ahead of time. Then when they’re cancelled last minute, your next bet is again several weeks out. Which gets cancelled again. You see how this goes? When I just told the person who called me to cancel that this was the second time this happened, she had no one single word to say. Not “oh darn let’s see what we can do here” or “I’m sorry to hear that”. Not a peep, dead silence. I guess this is how it goes at Spa W.

FYI (9/2022) – Due to staffing issues, at this time Spa W is not offering any of their advertised Spa Packages that include a massage. One can still get the package services, but it will require separate appointments individually priced and at the non-package price. Somewhat disappointing, but most businesses are struggling with staff issue. However, they could have honored the advertised package price or changed their Web Site to reflect not being able to perform Spa Packages a this time. Not the best way to start a relationship with a new client.

I have now gone here at least a handful of times and was thinking about joining the monthly membership since I have come so many time. Today I had an appointment and got off work at 8am traffic was bad coming from Sisters when I walked in the front desk lady was like your massage therapist is waiting for you mind you I was 3 minutes late, then when I left and went to pay was talking to a different front desk lady and she told me the total which was different then what I paid last month so I asked about it and she said due to living wages going up and Covid pay and they risk their lives with working there and people having Covid I let her know I understood and it wasn’t a big deal I was just wondering why and they she went on even more I looked at her and said thank you I understand I am a health care worker and get it then she went on to say if you have a problem you can talk to the owner at this point I love the pedicure that I get from Donna and the message that I get wish I could remember her name she has done a great job twice for me now but now I’m second thinking about going back due to the ladies at the front desk today and how they treated me.

Positive: QualityThis was my first experience with Spa W as a local of 11 years. Due to Covid restrictions, access to typical spa amenities were closed, so keep this in mind. I received a facial and massage with Gina, and both were top notch quality. I highly recommend getting the peel, and I will return frequently for the facial, hands down. I loved the intense exfoliation as well. It was simultaneously relaxing and invigorating! My only feedback is that the day before my treatment, my friend had booked a massage for herself and a pedicure for me as part of a birthday treat, or so it seemed, but upon arrival the reservations were mixed up and there was no pedicure in the reservation. As a result, she and I couldn’t have our treatments done as it would have been awkward with me just waiting in the car for an hour. It may be helpful to have one extra confirmation by email or something like that to see in writing to confirm reservations and avoid a future mixup. There are only a couple text reminders two days leading up to the appointment, which is helpful but not when the reservation specifics are incorrect. Luckily, Spa W was able to cancel the treatment without penalty, but that probably affected the massage therapist in the end. Had this happened to someone else, I imagine there would have been major disappointment. However, since I had my own appointment the following day, I wasn’t too disappointed with the cancellation and the treatment was lovely once I had it. This was the absolute BEST spa experience I’ve ever had! All of the ladies here are so nice and make you feel special. Sequoia was so professional and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. The whole experience was wonderful . I wouldn’t mind doing this weekly lol.
