I LOVE this place! They are very clean and professional. I’ve had three different girls and all have been very good to work with. I’ve never waited one minute after my appointment time and I’m out and back to my life in usually 20 30 minutes. I can only schedule on certain days due to my work schedule but they accommodate. They have sales all the time texted to my phone and are never pushy about upselling.

I have been so happy going to Spa Trouve! Jacie has done nearly all of my treatments and I would HIGHLY recommend her. She makes sure everything is always feeling okay but adjusts the settings accordingly to make sure I experience maximum hair reduction. She is also just a kind person in general. She is friendly and talkative when you want to be, but also has no problem letting you be there in silence if you aren’t feeling super talkative without making it feel awkward. Because she has a lot of practice, she also is very time efficient. I have been going in for full legs, Brazilian, AND underarms and always manages to get it all done in less than an hour.
