Went here last Thursday for their signature massage with Eileen. It was absolutely horrible! First she kept coughing and sneezing and shouldn’t have been at work. Second, she didn’t wash her hands before she started. Next, she was getting the lotion/oil all in my hair and it was pinned up. There was no communication about the pressure she was applying. She barely massaged my legs or feet. I didn’t feel relaxed at all. I actually felt the same as when I walked in. Don’t waste your time, it’s not worth the money. It’s a rip off of your money. I left and made an appointment back in Philly at my local spa at The Logan Hotel. This spa needs to take some notes from this Hilton owned spa. Last thing, watch out for their 20% gratuity that’s added. Now it doesn’t say it once you book ( which I told them it should), but they told me it’s listed in the “etiquette” part of their website. However, you DO NOT have to agree to that. You just let them know that you’ll take care of that on your own. I’m a firm believer in not tipping up front because some people, like Eileen, do a horrible job and was NOT deserving of the $50 tip. I will NEVER come back here.

My friends and I were at the Borgata and decided to get facials during our stay. We had such a relaxing experience. Lesley took great care of me. Would definitely come back to this spa in the future!

Hi! There have been a few negative reviews lately and I want to say that I just went to Spa Toccare for a hydrating wrap with Jan. She is phenomenal. I was in heaven. I get spa treatments regularly because I’m very active and I was the most relaxed under her care. I joked with my husband that I would’ve married her if I could. It was that life changing. The staff couldn’t have been more kind as well.

I had the BEST massage by a male therapist name Swee yesterday. It was so good I left feeling like a new woman. Afterwards we stayed in the hot tub and sauna which made the experience even more luxurious. It was a perfect afternoon.

Not the place to get a massage, it was not worth it. Felt like my toddler is applying SPF on my back, it was a joke.

The client service at Spa Tocarre is simply not what it used to be. I booked a prenatal massage and planned to spend the day relaxing. Once I arrived, I was escorted to my locker and went straight back for the treatment to begin. The massage with Eileen was nice, but once it ended I was quickly walked back into the locker room. I grabbed some tea and sat down on the sofa to relax for a moment before heading back to the hot tub area to dip my feet in and lay on a lounger. Then, two repair men walked into the women’s locker room unannounced. Confused and uncomfortable (as I was only wearing a spa robe) I stood up to be directed to the hot tub area, figuring that maybe something was going on in the lounge area, and that I could head back for more privacy. Once I stood up, the woman from the desk told me that the hot tubs and loungers were closed for repair. NO ONE bothered to disclose this to me before whisking me away to my pricey treatment. Annoyed, I sat down to try and finish my tea, when that same spa attendant opened to door for another man to enter the womens locker room, stating “she knows you’re fixing something, come on in.” I ditched the tea and headed towards the showers in hopes of at least washing off the massage oil that remained on my body, only to find that the men were on the other side of a glass door adjacent to the showers and restroom area. Uncomfortable, I skipped the shower and headed out. When I politely complained to management, all she did was offer a “free day pass” to return and use the hot tub in the future. Ultimately, a call to Customer Care fixed the issue – I was given a full refund.

Disorganized, rushed. No direction. They don’t have enough check in people and you wait with no direction. You pay and tip upfront which is absolutely absurd. Then you go behind to the spa waiting area without any guidance or direction. It took 15 minutes for someone to come show me to the locker, by that time it was my appointment time. Didn’t get to change my clothes or use the rest room. Now the massage therapist is already bringing me back for a massage. Was brought back to my massage room to only now have to go back to the locker room to use the rest room because everything was being rushed because they were behind.

Beautiful spa! Request Peggy for the best massage of your life and Marina for a facial that will make you look 10 years younger! Fabulous gel pedicures! Gina is the stylist to see if you’re looking for a great haircut or styling! I never make a trip to the Borgata without going to the spa and salon!

Disappointment all around. The torn stained towels, broken/rusted light fixtures, the lacking charm and bliss you would want in a spa was so disappointing. My husband and I have gone a few times through the years and have seen a serious decline in service. The masseuse told me my first name was too long and was extremely unpleasant. They started cleaning and closing while I was getting my service I felt like I was getting rushed out. I grabbed my stuff and left. Didn’t even get to shower or enjoy the jacuzzi.
