Being a massage therapist myself, I am extremely particular about receiving bodywork. Spa Thought had a great appeal to it and upon having given it a try, I was greatly impressed. Austin was highly professional and well educated on modailities and advanced spa techniques. I was able to receive an appointment in a reasonable time frame and the reflexology session was one of the best I have ever received. I highly recommend Spa Thought to everyone.

I got a massage with Austin when my sister was in town and decided to treat her with one as well. She has had PLENTY of massages before due to neck pain/instability and stated that Austin was very knowledgeable with his hands and was VERY skilled at what he does better than any of the other massages. The treatments that she received was reflexology and manual lymph drainage because she wanted to experience some of the other techniques that he offers. As for me, I have never had a massage prior to going to Austin. I was very apprehensive in going because I have never had that practice before besides my family or spouse. My treatment was just the standard therapeutic massage and I LOVED the experience. He never made me feel uncomfortable or afraid at all which is exactly what I was scared I would feel going into the massage. Overall, I don’t think I would go to ANYONE else because he is someone that I trust to make me have the best peaceful and relaxing experience I can while I am under his care.

Definetly recommend to anyone! I had injured my neck during a workout at the gym and was in serious enough pain that I couldn’t even check my blindspot when driving. I called up Spa Thought to see if they could see me sometime soon, and they took me in that very day. It was a quick 20 minute treatment that involved an algea wrap. It was very relaxing and made me fall asleep. This was right before I went into work. On my drive to work from Spa Thought, I noticed that I could check my blindspot with little discomfort. By the next day I was back in the gym feeling 100%. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing, and my therapist, Austin, was very helpful and personal.
