Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismI have been a client for years off and on. The beds and rooms are clean, staff remembers you and makes professional suggestions. They have a large supply of products and mostly pretty competitive pricing. I love the red light therapy bed!

Positive: Cleanliness, ValueStaff is very friendly/welcoming and not super pushy when it comes to trying to sell products/services nor do they make you feel judged when you come in ,like most other tanning salons. Great value with a large selection of beds to choose from. Def recommend giving them a try!! :)Services: Tanning, Teeth whitening

Critical: Professionalism, ValueAfter not using their services for 4 months, they expected me to pay the membership fee for those 4 months ($200) and told me the legal document that I signed to cancel the membership was insufficient. They continued to charge my account almost 200$. I would have understood paying a one time cancellation fee, and would have done so happily had they been more professional about it. I did not use their services for 4 months and they thought it was ethical to continue to charge for that, I don’t think that’s professional and it’s bad business. If I was a small business owner I would have handled this situation a lot differently. After not using their services for 4 months, they expected me to pay the membership fee for those 4 months ($200) and told me the legal document that I signed to cancel the membership was insufficient. They continued to charge my account almost 200$. I would have understood paying a one time cancellation fee, and would have done so happily had they been more professional about it.
