The first time I went, I was not impressed. I asked for dip and the girl only did 2 very thin coats. They didn’t last a week. I went back to give them a second chance and got Romeo. He is amazing! I wanted to start over so I got a full set. He recommended ombré and my nails are absolutely gorgeous! They are the perfect shape and nicely rounded instead of flat like with some places. I will definitely be back. Love his work!

I checked out this place yesterday for the first time. I made sure to look at the reviews before going in and saw a majority of them recommending a woman named Gigi. I went ahead and asked for her. She definitely is on high demand for sure. I could see why now. She did a wonderful job. She took her time with me and was very kind. She was nice to talk to and cared about what I requested. I’m definitely going to go back and see her again the next time I need my nails done.

OMG , never in my life would I think I’d ever have to call the POLICE on a business. Long story short I came into this business yesterday for the first time to get my nails done I receive services by Tori. Today when I woke up, my acrylic nails are completely old looking and lifted. Not even 24 hours later, our return to the business to have my nails redone because of the poor quality work performed. The owner said so I would have to redo my nails because she was the one who did the nails, I sit down and Tori station and Tori told me she does not have time to redo all I know if she can do one or two. I didn’t said either my nails redone because I paid for a full service completely or a refund issued. The owner said no refund and eventually will get someone else to do the nails. Fast forward the person who did my nails by the name of Gigi, fussed at Torrey, because she said herself, the quality of work was poor and it took a long time to redo, nevertheless, she redid my entire nails, and wanted to charge me extra for the design that I have paid for yesterday. I informed her I’m not going to double pay because half the service been done right yesterday. I would not be here today. She agreed and said OK I will do the design again for you, upon completion, Gigi then said I old her $15 for doing that design. I informed her we already discussed is a pay for the design yesterday you can take the design off and polish my nail in full. If that’s what you want to do a refund me back to $15 and she refused. GG began to yell that I need to pay her for doing my nails. I didn’t said let’s call the police as she was becoming belligerent and irate. Nevertheless, the police arrive understood my side and I was able to leave without paying extra. I will never in my life return to this business. I am still in shock as to what happened to me.

Went into star spa nails today9/9 went in for one gel set one acrylic set the gel set aside from not be shaped properly they were so sharp I had to file them down taking off polish, as for the “acrylic set” they offer it but don’t have it she wanted a very basic pink acrylic white tip French manicure he charged her 65 for white painted tips ♀️ This was my third time and each time has been worse then the last and I’ve sat with 3 different techs. Pretty dissatisfied with todays visit I went in for nails for my best friends wedding and I have half shaped nails

I got my nails done a few days ago I just needed a break day and there was great service. I think I got my nails done by Romeo I’m not sure though. I probably had a 5-10 wait I did come a few minutes after they opened.I would definitely recommend getting your nails done here Gel manicures, Acrylic nails
