love love love it here! I try to get monthly facials here because since I’ve started I’ve seen so much improvement with my skin. The place is extremely clean, neat & it smells phenomenal, the girls are amazing & extremely welcoming.. the customer service is TOP NOTCH! My favorite service to get is the Hollywood Facial, the girls customize to what’s good for my skin & avoid what isn’t which I appreciate. Definitely one of the best spas around!

Was very disappointed the first time I did a Facial here with Kayla . I should have asked to see her certifications as she was someone new at the time she attended to me and damaged my face due to high reviews and research on the facility overall I was surprised at the level of training of this individual . I specifically asked not to pop my pimple and she did . It caused inflammation and now a permanent open pore I now have to spend extra money to autonomously treat this new area of concern . I feel like I was lied to and dismissed . I spoke to the owner and who committed to helping me but now every time I call I get the run around . My dermatologist said I should have never went there as I have flawless skin . If wasn’t for this experience I would continue to come back here for facials . I went to Spa Solutions to pamper myself but left with much to be desired and nothing but qualms . It almost felt like they wanted to guarantee I needed to come back by creating a problem that wasn’t initially there . Very disappointed indeed . Will be doing my own skincare from now on . Ladies like mama always said if it’s not broken don’t fix it .

Went for the High Frequency Enzyme Treatment and my skin was immediately glowing right after. The esthetician who took care of me was Melany and she did such a great job I’m definitely looking forward to my next treatment. Also the place itself is very clean and cute inside.

I went for a full leg wax, the girl didn’t really know what she was doing. At one point she ran out of wax and made me wait like 10 mins for it to heat up. When she was “ Done “ there were multiple spots that she had missed & told me that the inner thighs were not part of a leg wax. An appointment that should’ve taken me 45 mins max, took over 1 hour & a half.
