I never had a massage and am, by default, very tense. So I booked the deep tissue couples massage so I can feel alive. I surprised my bf for his birthday and asked if they can do a little something special. They certainly delivered. The folks working were very personable and welcoming. My bf and I got to enjoy our choice of champagne, along with some ginger honey tea, water and fruits while we soaked our feet. We were escorted to roses petal covered massage tables and Kayla took note of my novice massage experience and sprained ankle and delivered a massage that made it apparent how badly tense i am. I expected discomfort and there were some intense moments, but Kayla helped me navigate the bad knots with breathing techniques. After the massage ended, we were given coconut water and snack bars and surprised my bf with a little ice cream treat. If you’re looking for an ~experience~ this is the place.

The massage was at times very unpleasant and uncomfortable (I did not ask for a deep tissue massage) I almost had to ask her to stop several times the pain was close to unbearable. I have a pretty high pain tolerance. Here we are 3 weeks later and I’m still experiencing shoulder pain from the massage. I know soreness is normal after a massage but 3 weeks? I emailed to politely ask for a refund as I don’t feel I should have to pay for a massage that has caused me 3 weeks of shoulder pain but got a email address doesn’t exist email returned from the email they have on their site. I’m really confused because the reason I chose this place was from all the good reviews. But my experience has not been pleasent to say the least. So maybe think twice before going here

And the massage is amazing I would recommend Kayla for massage, she is very attentive and has such a loving caring touch. And for a facial Mia, just had the most amazing facial ever from her. We had a wonderful experience. The price was so much better than other spas for a couples massage, and I feel like we got so many extras! The lounge room with foot soak was so relaxing. This was also the best massage of my life! Good pressure and she worked everything out that I wanted. I will definitely be back!

These guys provided one of the most amazing massage experiences ever. Before the massage they provided Ginger tea, flavored water and a bowl of fruit. What followed was a 90 massage that exceeded all expectations. Marco’s provided a level of expertise far beyond the norm. Our original reservation was at the Ritz Carlton and I was so glad they were booked because we ended up here and cannot imagine anything surpassing this experience. We cannot recommend this place more highly we think you will relish your experience at Spa Soleil.

The woman who helps run it is nice and the massage was relaxing. However upon looking at my credit card transactions, the owner charged me a 20% tip “for the masseuse” without asking me…. I dont mind leaving tips but I don’t like having unauthorized charges on my card. I called to rectify the situation and they said they would give me my money back and never did, they now ignore my emails and phone calls. I had a great experience here for my birthday. I love how you are not just rushed into a room directly to be massaged. They ease you into a state of relaxation by providing a foot soak and hot neck pillow as well as refreshments. Then comes the amazing massage with oils. My masseuse did an excellent job with getting out lingering knots in my shoulders/back. The birthday ice cream treat and champagne was the icing on the cake! Wonderful people and service.
