Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityWould not recommend. Was my first time going, not very friendly, was rushed. Ultimately decided didn’t even want service so literally got cut down and clear polish in which they charged $15. Gel nail cost $20. Would not recommend. Was my first time going, not very friendly, was rushed. Ultimately decided didn’t even want service so literally got cut down and clear polish in which they charged $15. Critical: ProfessionalismTiffany has no professional skills at all. She’s very rude. You try to explain what u need and when you say you have an appointment she say just wait. She talks about the clients in their language but I understand some of what she said. Also she made someone stop doing my nails to go to someone else claiming they had a appointment but they didn’t. Tiffany has no professional skills at all. She’s very rude. You try to explain what u need and when you say you have an appointment she say just wait. She talks about the clients in their language but I understand some of what she said. Also she made someone stop doing my nails to go to someone else claiming they had a appointment but they didn’t. Spa 7 will never see anymore of my money as long as she works there

Critical: Professionalism, QualityOne of the worst nail experiences I’ve ever had. I had chosen one of higher priced pedicure (the pearl) that is supposed to take 50 minute with massage and hot stones this pedicure took 25 mins at most and the woman might as well have had dead fish for fingers she put no effort into the massage with her fingers or the massage with the hot stones. It was a complete rush job. When it was time for my manicure, it took twice as long as it should’ve because the woman was so elderly she was fighting her own shaky hands the entire time and of course there was no lotion, massage, or any extra care that comes with manicure I paid for. My nails look awful, are misshapen, and still have powder residue underneath the nail as they didn’t even bother to grind off the excess when finished with the S&S dip. As if all of this wasn’t bad enough I was forced to pay via Venmo instead being allowed to use my card (yes, there was an active card reader right in front of me). $100 for this completely garbage experience.One of the worst nail experiences I’ve ever had. One of the worst nail experiences I’ve ever had. I had chosen one of higher priced pedicure (the pearl) that is supposed to take 50 minute with massage and hot stones this pedicure took 25 mins at most and the woman might as well have had dead fish for fingers she put no effort into the massage with her fingers or the massage with the hot stones. It was a complete rush job. One of the ladies didn’t understand what we were asking and just kept telling us “okay” instead of answering our questions. My heels feel like fish scales now because they used a foot scraper but then didn’t smooth it out. My gel nail polish is beginning to lift on the sides after 1 day. Then to top it off i asked to keep the small packet of lotion from the kit i payed for for my pedicure and was charged extra…for the lotion I already paid for that came with the kit! I wear them slightly longer than average but always get the same style and color so i expect the extra but at the same price but its always more than the last time. Please write the prices down for transparency sake.
