Very friendly nail technicians. I schedule my pedicures with my best friend as girl time, and the technicians will join in the fun! I’ve had multiple foot surgeries and they have always been able to accommodate any specific needs at appointment time.

I went in for a pedicure with 3 friends. I typically get gel polish. Because I had a different type of gel than they use, I was treated somewhat rudely. Had I known, I would have removed it prior to my appointment. In spite of saying they could accommodate 4, they were only taking 3 of us at once leaving the others to sit around. One of my friends who got a pedicure said it was one of the worst she’d ever gotten. I have a friend who gets massages there regularly and raves about them so maybe nails aren’t their thing and they’d be better off just sticking to body treatments and leaving nails to folks who only do nails.

Had a pedicure done by Brook. She was awesome! Very relaxing and peaceful. Highly recommend in town if your looking for a very peaceful spa.

I got my annual spring pedicure to prepare for sandal season. What a nice surprise! The water was warm and my feet loved the message. The polish colors were perfect for me also! It’s been about 2 weeks and my toenails still look great. I will be back!

My friend and I got pedicures today. The experience was perfect. Both technicians were nice and personable. The pedicure process it self was relaxing; the massage with the hot stones was possibly the best I’ve had. I would highly recommend scheduling an appointment at Spa Serenity. I know I’ll be going back.

I went here with 2 friends: they got massages and both said they were very nice. I got my nails done- the experience while there was wonderful and the technician was friendly. My only complaint is that they don’t really use any techniques to protect your polish from coming off: mine started chipping off literally within 2 hours, which was very disappointing, especially because it wasn’t cheap. I’ve gotten my nails done plenty of other places and never had polish come off this fast.

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityFirst I’d like to say the staff was really welcoming and they did an amazing job! I had my first massage ever three weeks ago with Christina. I originally went because I was having back spasms. It was like magic after one session with her they were gone. I couldn’t believe she was able to fix what a prescription from a Dr. couldn’t do. With that being said I immediately booked another appointment.I am now going back in for my third session in a few weeks to keep a maintenance schedule. I really can’t say enough good things about Christina. She is very caring and knowledgeable and I’m convinced she truly can work miracles. I have now recommended her to a few friends. Never in my life could I have known how much a massage could help a person. We had made a group appointment. 4 days before the appointment one person tested positive for COVID and others were exposed. When we notified them we could no longer make our appointment because of this, we were told we could avoid the cancellation fee by still keeping and attending the appointments. We chose to cancel but I am disappointed that this place disregarded the health and safety of their employees and guests by giving us the option to keep the appointment.
