I am horrified by how my nails look. I spent a lot of money and time getting my nails done today for my wedding tomorrow and they look like absolute trash. Many places are missing polish entirely, where some other places are so stained with paint on my skin. I left and got into my car and cried. I have no time to go anywhere to get them fixed before tomorrow and I now have close up pictures of my hand and ring finger I can’t do because of it. The fact that they didn’t have the Dremel to remove real gel nails caused the girl to have to spend a long time trying to get it off. I wish I had been told when I scheduled the appointment that they only use shellac and not real gel as I asked if they did when I called. My nails were ripped apart by scraping and trying to get the gel off. No care was taken to my cuticles and there was a tiny little massage at the end because she spent so much time removing the gel manually. I suggested on more than one occasion to wrap the nails to help soak it off but was continually ignored. Furious I paid for this service!

I love getting my hair cut and styled here. When I moved here I had trouble finding a place for me that was “up to date.” My hair always end up gorgeous, subtle and professional which is what I am after in a style. I’ve been a loyal customer for years. I’m sure there are other great places locally but I don’t see the need to find anywhere new after coming here.

I had the most wonderful experience here, from scheduling (close to last minute!) and the day of our services. My girlfriends and I wanted a kid free relaxation day and the Spa is always our go to. RVC makes it so easy to book a special day for a group and the added bonus of using ALL of their services (gym, sauna, pool, hot tub) for free for the day is unbelievable! Brooke, Jessica and Ming were amazing.
