Critical: ProfessionalismLiterally if I could give this place negative ⭐️‘S I sure would! Worst massage I’ve ever had, and beyond unprofessional. The lady at the front wouldn’t even explain what massages they offer and made me pay before she even took me back to a room(I know, should have ran at this point). She spoke very poor English and literally just put me in a room and shut the door as she walked out. A man came in and mumbled something as he started a “massage.” Rough is an understatement, felt more like a beating. His phone rang in the room next to mine and he just stopped and went to answer it. He literally sat there and had a loud phone conversation in the next room. Then, he and whoever the lady up front is decided to have a screaming match in the hallway. He was obviously very mad when he came back in and was extremely rough. I finally said, “can you please be easier?” He let up for a minute and then went right back to being extremely rough. He coughed over me several times and was very loud with his breathing. He complained that the rocks were too hot on his hands over and over as he fried my back with them. I said “yes, those are extremely hot.” He just laughed and kept rubbing them on my back. Finally this ridiculousness ended and I was never more happy to be leaving when he stopped me at the door and said “No, no, you must pay tip now.” UNBELIEVABLE! I paid for 30 minutes of foot massage, but I did not get 30 minutes. She only massaged me for about 20 minutes, but three times she had to get up to answer the door and the phone. I would not recommend this place. It’s not relaxing at all. Poor atmosphere. Low pressure, and impossible to communicate since the lady doesn’t speak English.

The massage itself was fine I wasn’t hurting or anything I just wanted some relaxation and me time the face pillow hole where you put your face smelled funky and I guess the woman that gave me my massage was the only one there because she left multiple times to answer the phone or the door bell. Not the best place to go if you are looking to pamper yourself.

I’m not from this town but I was here on a business trip. I decided to stop by and I was made to pay before the massage. The lady did not speak much English, and that didn’t bother me as much as the way she was looking at me like I was some kind of an object. I felt extremely uncomfortable. Something in me told me to run. I took off. There’s something really creepy about this place. Women please make sure you go with a man. Just my 2 cents .

I had to pick a star to write my review but a no star review is what they needed. She acted mad that I wanted a body massage and not a chair massage. It was basically an hour of a lotion rub. No pressure whatsoever. She left my room multiple times and talked to another therapist through the walls. Worst massage I’ve ever wasted my money on.

Massage was decent, but when you pay for a 60 minute massage you would expect 60 minutes not 45-50, we feel like we were denied and cheated out of the last 10 minutes, then the lady had the gall to ask if we wanted to tip!

Great experience! Stopped in here while on a road trip. They’re open late and though I called ahead, an appointment wasn’t necessary. As for the massage, It was really good. Just the right amount of pressure. I left very relaxed and rejuvenated.
