Had a massage for the first time ever in a life lived over 50 years now. I was nervous about the experience, but my massage therapist was excellent. She made me feel comfortable throughout the process which I was so anxious about, and completely worked out a big painful knot that has been in my neck for quite some time.

Went for a Brazilian wax which is uncomfortable in many ways lol. Danuta made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process and was very easy to talk to and believe me that helps take your mind away from the pain of being waxed down there. She absolutely is the best and would recommend her to anyone. Spa retreat you are extremely luck to have an employee like Danuta. She is one in a million.

Everyone is awesome here! I have gotten a spa massage that was absolutely to DIE for. I also received a deep tissue, that turned spa masses because I was too sore. Both ladies were wonderful at what they did. Friendly, clean, and always making sure I was comfortable. This is my new go to spot for spa treatments.

Worst customer service ever. I made an appointment for my husband for his birthday but wasn’t feeling well this week so I cancelled the appointment well in advance so he wouldn’t get anyone sick and was told over the phone it was cancelled. Then I was charged $75 the day of the massage. I called to get it refunded and I was told I never cancelled and the awful receptionist Darla was rude and hung up on me. Nice way to treat a new client. Ew!

The only option I was given to rectify the situation was to possibly come back at 1:00! Made an appointment about a month ago for July 8 th at 4:00 PM. Went for my appointment . They told me they had nothing for me with no explanation. Also took my credit card when I made the appointment in case I failed to show. I even have the appointment card. Doesn’t matter. They said there is no appointment for me. Follow up went back to the spa and talked with them. They apologized over and over. Also gave me a complimentary pedicure for all my troubles. Thank you!

Amazing, friendly, knowledgeable staff. The owner is so nice. Massages will make you melt, facials will rejuvenate and the waxing was actually a pleasant experience. I have my next appointment already booked for a pedicure. I have not regretted becoming a member!
