Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityBest spa experience ever. I have been to many spas and I have to say this was the first time I felt like they were personalizing the experience just for me. this is a smaller quaint spa. When you are in the room with Terri and Ashley they do an amazing job at not only customizing what you need as an individual , but also they take their time!! Especially on my facial. I have never had such a thorough facial! I never felt rushed and my face looks and feels amazing. I live in Miromar Lakes Beach and Golf Club and previously had used their spa but I will only go to Spa Renova from now on!! Best spa experience ever. I have been to many spas and I have to say this was the first time I felt like they were personalizing the experience just for me. this is a smaller quaint spa. When you are in the room with Terri and Ashley they do an amazing job at not only customizing what you need as an individual , but also they take their time!! Especially on my facial. My wife and I were staying at a nearby resort and when I called to set up a couples spa day at the on-site spa, the response and the service over the phone was horrible. I decided to look around nearby and came across this gem. The reviews were on point. The office was immaculate, the service was Impressive and we would recommend to anyone. Terri did the facials and Ashley the massages. My first facial and I see what the fuss is about but my wife has had many and said Terri is one of the best!! Ashley has very strong hands so a deep tissue is a legitimate deep tissue to your liking. You won’t be disappointed. We will definitely be back. Left there feeling and looking like 1 million bucks.AMAZING! AMAZING! My wife and I were staying at a nearby resort and when I called to set up a couples spa day at the on-site spa, the response and the service over the phone was horrible. I decided to look around nearby and came across this gem. The reviews were on point. The office was immaculate, the service was Impressive and we would recommend to anyone. Ashley is THE BEST deep tissue I’ve ever had, and I too have visited a lot of spas and massage salons. I have trouble areas due to sitting in front of a computer all day along with chronic back pain and muscle spasms. She amazingly found all my problem areas and is working them out. Massage is an investment in yourself and not a once and done silver bullet – so when you find a massage therapist that is so good, you almost don’t want to share them with others! But I’m sharing! Atmosphere is professional, clean and very peaceful. Pricing is very competitive, but best of all the facials and massages are top notch!
