It was a birthday gift for my wife and daughter, yes they have the same birthday. They absolutely loved it 100% they said the staff was great the other guests were great and didn’t act booshie. They said it was way better than the four seasons spa gift cards I got them years ago. My wife wants to go back with me but said she gets the Sama massage therapist that she had the first time.

I visited the spa over the weekend and had the most wonderful experience. My Massage therapist was Jenna for a deep tissue massage. She was absolutely amazing! I then followed it up with a nice restful meditation in one of the meditation beds they offer. I then went into the sauna and steam rooms and finished my visit off with their snowfall shower. Literally ice comes down from the ceiling! It was pretty amazing! I can’t wait to return.

Second Chances! An amazing spa facility and the customer service was just what you’d expect for Westlake Village – TOP NOTCH!! I visited the spa summer of 2021 and had a negative experience with the pool customer service. I gave the spa another chance and happy i did. The spa recently took over the management of the pool area. My girlfriend and I were taken care of by Jorge. He was so attentive and sweet. The food is delicious – we ordered salads and had several yummy cocktails. (Sorry no pictures as it was truly a “disconnect” type of trip!) We stayed at the spa and lounged at the pool nearly ALL day! It was just what we needed. Our massages were incredible and the facility is superb. Everything you need, they have! This is a must for girls day, couple getaway or any kind of self care activity. I will be back!

Each visit, I have been blown away by the customer service, and I always leave feeling so relaxed. The spa itself is peaceful, and the design is just breathtaking. Hannah, the spa supervisor, has greeted me each time upon checking in and she is always so friendly and helpful. She goes above and beyond. Today I had a deep tissue massage with Deborah and she was phenomenal! I highly recommend her as she is very attentive, smart, and definitely has healing hands. I also received a hydrating facial with Reba. It was my second time getting a facial with Reba, and both times I have left with glowing skin that lasts weeks. I highly recommend this spa. Maybe the most beautiful spa I have ever been to! Super relaxed after my malibu sea scrub with Lauren. She’s fantastic 10 out of 10. Try the snow shower after the Sauna:))) trust me! I feel like a million bucks and I didn’t even check out the pool or have lunch…next time!! They offer u free mimosas when u check ✔️ in (wish I drank) also have delicious snacks like chocolate covered blueberries offer all the amenities u could dream of complimentary. This spa smokes ojai valley inn any day. Every thing u can think of and maybe forget tampons, hairbrushes u name it! All the products smell amazing too. I left floating on my lil cloud and can’t wait to return.
