Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI LOVED my first time at Spa Pura. The girls who are at the front desk are so, so nice and accommodating. They showed me to the locker room area and everything was completely clean (cleanliness is VERY important to me, especially during covid times). I got a facial and it was incredible, and I noticed a difference and improvement in my skin all week long afterward. I LOVED my first time at Spa Pura. The girls who are at the front desk are so, so nice and accommodating. They showed me to the locker room area and everything was completely clean (cleanliness is VERY important to me, especially during covid times). I got a facial and it was incredible, and I noticed a difference and improvement in my skin all week long afterward. Spa Pura is a very quaint, lovely neighborhood spa that feels just like home. It is very clean and comfortable. The therapists are all well-trained and attentive. Service is excellent. You don’t get that commercialized feel here. It’s very zen-like. On the weekends, they usually have a spread of cheeses, cold cuts and fruit and some bubbly. Great spot!

I’ve been going to Spa Pura for several years. It’s a very well-appointed facility with good staff. I’ve had massages from a number of therapists and it’s always been a positive experience. I really like the Korean scrub as well. The atmosphere is peaceful and I have no hesitation about recommending it.

I have been going to Spa Pura for several years now. I started with a special for the Korean Scrub. I’d never had one before, but it was amazing and I never felt cleaner and it was truly a massage as well. Since then I have gone many times. I even would go there just to use the sauna, steam, and jacuzzi. After a few years I decided to get a membership. It was too good of a deal to pass up. I deserve a monthly massage and if I miss one month the massage is still on my card to use whenever. Every massage therapist I’ve tried is fabulous. They also have a variety of facials, which are also good.

Good spa, but not great. Our spa day could have had more time between sessions. The snacks and lunch were good. The Korean body scrub was strange, not sure if I hated it or loved it. The massage and facial were also good but not stellar. The price was reasonable.

I enjoyed everything about the spa. I was treated with kindness by everyone that I encountered, the facility was clean and the staff was professional. The big difference that I noticed was that I never felt that my treatments were rushed. I had the Korean scrub, massage, facial and lunch. It was one of the best days of pampering that I have had. I’ve been going here for a long time, I have the membership and love my monthly visits, have one today. Their products are top notch and I purchase them regularly. People ask me if it’s expensive, it is but worth every $$$ I spent here as I can see it on my face. I have recently tried their massage services for the second time which was horrible. My first experience was years ago and since my facials are wonderful I assumed the massage would be too. Boy I was wrong. Its still a 5 star place because it is a great place to relax, staff are nice and professional, very clean the list can go on and the spa area is top notch. And of course my facials are a life changing with Lilit, haven’t tried anyone else and refuse to chance it. However maybe find another place for a massage, unless you have a recommendation with specific someone as I didn’t and the whole experience was making me more anxious, painful, and just annoyed that I’m wasting $135 for this. I have had too notch massages before and being someone who takes very good care of her body and face i know what a decent massage feels like and this was not it. I’m looking at couples massage spas if there are any recommendations please let me know
