After getting a pedicure, the tech told me “tip is too small” then showed me a handwritten card that said customary tip is 20%. I have never been told that a tip was too small ever before. It was very embarrassing! I made sure everyone heard that I would never go back there. The manager/owner said “Okay”.

First time at this spa Michelle was absolutely amazing. She’s extremely friendly had a wonderful conversation with her . Highly recommend prices are great.

I think i got fungus from there. And the lady did basic work nothing extra like the other workers around and demanded a high tip for her horrible service

Their service is actually horrible. Demand tips, sometimes tell you it’s too little.. they’re rude sometimes. And their work isn’t too good either. Mainly, the service sucks.

They will not accept credit card for less than $15 in services. And the 20% mandatory tip has to be in cash.
