Perpetually looking at the clock rather than focusing on providing the service she was being paid for. Draping was poorly done too. Decided to cut the massage short and won’t be back. Apple gave me the best massage I have ever had! Thr place doesn’t look like much from outside, but the inside is gorgeous and cozy. Staff is very friendly, facility is very clean, and COVID procedures are tightly followed.

Very unprofessional. I came yesterday and requested a 60-minute foot massage and there were no other customers. After 30 minutes, the lady said that she could only do 30 minutes because they have a lot of customers…I was the only customer there at the time! I was charged $30 for 30 minutes, when I asked for 60 minutes ($40 deal) and made it very clear! Turns out that they were trying to rip me off. This is their method when people request for the 60-minute foot massage, so that customers will choose the more expensive 60-minute body massage.

Massage was good. Person giving massage spoke very little English making it difficult to communicate what I actually wanted and the area I wanted worked on. When checking out I gave her a credit card….she ran the card. I paid her the amount if the massage and tipped her $20….. She said that wasn’t enough and wanted at least & $10 more and wouldn’t quit demanding until I paid her. I won’t be going back, for that reason.

I desperately needed a massage and 4 other places I tried were booked for the weekend but they were able to get me in immediately. Communication was an issue (I tried asking if they had an available appointment and the massage therapist just kept repeating their hours) and she never asked what type of massage I wanted, where I needed work, how much pressure I wanted, etc. I came because the website said they did deep tissue but it was too hard to communicate so I went ahead and just got a 30 min massage because I did not want to wait a few days and find an appointment somewhere else.
