We enjoyed our time at the Spa Oceana. Complimentary vallet parking when you visit them. Beautiful soft robes, welcoming staff, complimentary refreshments (Coconut water). We wished that the steam room and the whirlpool was shared (separate in men’s and women’s lockers). We had a day of indulgence booked for my husband’s birthday. Our massages were simply excellent! My therapist Brittain was absolutely amazing, my husband said great things about his therapist as well (male, unfortunately I don’t know his name). It was nice to have rooftop access, I wish there was a bar there, would be a perfect little spot. Very relaxing day. Our facials were good too. Express manicure/ pedicures were average, a little rushed and rough for our liking. Both ladies were nice and friendly though, but we might skip these next time as we both ended up with blisters after those. Very relaxing day. Yes, 22% gratuity is kind of high but you can adjust it. We decided that the service was worth it. The only thing we didn’t like was lunch, it was awful, but not Spa’s fault.

Spa Oceana is an oasis in St. Pete Beach! The magic begins once you’ve arrived at the Don Cesar property and continues with the welcoming staff at the spa. They are always courteous, helpful, and fast when checking in clients. There are lockers for personal items and the robes are super comfy! Highly recommend the organic discovery facial with Bogena, she is amazing and full of good information. Betty is absolutely amazing for the best massage, and I request her every time! There are well kept showers, a hot tub, and sauna for before and after treatments. All in all, Spa Oceana is a luxurious treat in an outstanding setting!

The SPA Oceana is very nice, but the staff impose you to pay 22% on tip for the service. The parking ticket ($27 aprox.) is voided when you revalidate it for service. If you are resident of Florida (ID proof) or have a friend or family member working at the SPA, you get a discount. Save money when you can! Pamper yourself because you deserve it! PS, if it is your birthday you get a complimentary glass of rose bubbles!

My husband and I really enjoyed our massages today. Unfortunately what ruined the entire experience was that we were forced into paying 22% gratuity. When I questioned the service desk about the gratuity she was very firm that the therapists deserved that amount. While I was planning to tip them well, I wasn’t aware prior to booking about the 22% gratuity. The therapists did a nice job, but didn’t go above and beyond to the extent of 22%. (For example they arrived several minutes after our scheduled time and finished early.)

Ok for a hotel spa, I guess. Hairs all around the showers and jacuzzi tub, and the Jacuzzi had foam in it indicating it hadn’t been cleaned recently. Massage was adequate, masseuse doesn’t really understand how knots work and just plowed over them. At least she didn’t talk through the whole thing, which was nice.

I was on vacation and decided to get a massage and my nails done. Everyone was nice but its been 3 days since I had my gels done and they are peeling off. For what they charge I would think that would not be happening already. I would recommend going somewhere else less expensive you will probably end up with something better for much much less!

The his and her spa rooms were equipped with whirlpools, showers and more. Our treatment rooms were very neat and all surfaces clean. My massage therapist was wonderful- she noticed my sunburn and offered the relief gel as an add on. I would recommend this to anyone with a sunburn- it works amazing!
