I decided to make an appointment to get a gel manicure here because I frequent this Nordstrom location all the time but I had not been to the Spa located inside. It hidden off behind the RTW women’s section on the second floor. I was not impressed with the manicure and could have went elsewhere, my usual nail salon in particular and got a better quality manicure for $60. The gel began to chip after about 3-4 days. I called in and expressed my concern and they offered to fix it at no charge to me. However, when I came in to have it fixed, the nail tech simply removed the gel from a few nails and redid them and then just painted over the others which caused more peeling a few days later. I will likely return to try out the massages or facials here, but I will definitely not be returning for their overpriced manicures when I can get a better quality manicure for less elsewhere.
