Do yourself and never go here. You will not he able to get out of your membership AT ALL. Horrible business, horrible owner. For years been trying to cancel my membership and after them refusing i finally quit paying and it will now go to collections, FOR WHAT? Nothing is financed. Drive as fast as you can when you drive by this place.

No wonder they have a one star rating. Even with PCS orders they will argue over cancellation. They conveniently waited until after the next billing cycle to finally send out my cancellation. SCAM SCAM SCAM. they should be ashamed of themselves and I hope they go out of business. WORST GYM EVER!!!! I sent 3 forms of documents proving that I moved and every single one was denied. I sent in a new lease agreement for my new address – they came back saying they could not accept it because it had to be signed by the lesser and myself and be notarized in the state I moved to. My husband’s PCS/ETS orders could not be used because I needed 2 documents to prove the orders. My new utility hook up sign up was not accepted either because the mae up rule that day was that TWO forms proving that you moved had to be sent in.

The place don’t care about you because they just want your money. I paid them their cancellation fee of $99 and send a document showing that I will be leaving the area for school but now they want an address of the place I’m going. I don’t want to be a member any more because I don’t have time to use their facilities. They have maintenance fees. I should not have to send another document.
