Amazing nail salon in jersey city. Had recently moved to the area and have historically not been the biggest fan of gel manicures as I was convinced they’d never last longer than a week of me and would always destroy my nails. I would take the trip to a no frills spot in LES to get it done instead. I decided to try this spot one day and am SO glad I did. I will never go anywhere else now. Their gel manicures last 4 weeks and I only get it done again because my nails have grown. My nails don’t get brittle and break and I haven’t had a single one chip yet. The people who work there are all professional and efficient too. A gel manicure is 40 dollars. I haven’t gotten a gel pedicure yet as it’s 60 dollars for one and I do feel like that’s a bit steep but I might try it soon! Overall I definitely recommend!

Consistently great feel manicure/pedicure services. The salon is also kept clean and tidy. They ask that you wash hands as soon as you come in. Masking is optional for patrons but I see the nail technicians all wearing masks.

Not a good experience. My nail artist was rushing the whole time. She was too harsh and fast while doing the exfoliation, which even left a mark on my feet and it hurts. The nail colors were not done professionally either. I asked for coffin for my hands but got almond nails. They do follow Covid protocol closely and the entire store looks clean and nice.

Customer service is not good. The gentlemen at the front was very rude and didn’t smile at all. He almost gives you a blank stare face and doesn’t seem to give you eye contact. He is very dismissive. The lady doing my nails, seemed like she was rushing (even though there were only two of in the salon). I asked for an almond nail shape, which she gave me but my nails are all uneven. Some nails are a bit more pointy and others are a bit more oval. Only two or three of them are actually almond shape. When the lady was done with my nails, she gave me a massage that I did not ask for but it was VERY uncomfortable. She was very rough with my shoulders. All in all, the salon is very clean but customer service and the technicians are not consistent with their work.

This is my favorite spa ever! It’s always clean and spacious. They always have new colors and so many options to pick from! I have sensitive nails but I love the fact that technicians are so understanding and they take their time to care for them. My go-to is Marta who does an amazing job and makes my nails last more than 2 weeks with her skills. Jenny, the owner cares a lot about her customers and her business. Always has a smile on her face and goes above and beyond to be flexible. 100% recommend!

I’ve been looking for a good nail salon in JC. I’ve been going to another place for the last 6 months that was decent, but they didn’t have an appointment when I needed it, so I tried Spa Nature. They were well organized, sanitary, kind and very detail-oriented when doing my gel nails. I’d definitely go back and it will likely be my go-to now.
