I’ve been a client of SpaNatur for 7+ years. I’ve noticed a decline in the quality of services. Today will be last time going there. My appointment was at 10. I arrived a few minutes early. The receptionist advised me that I would have one of there new “student” masseuse. When she asked her if she was ready she said to give her a few minutes. So I was going to use their restroom. It was out of order. They asked that I go to the one in the back. I found the owner working in that restroom. While waiting I noticed they had chairs for pedicures but they were covered with fitted sheets. It looked a mess. So once I was ready (still before 10) I was taken to the massage room. She told me how she was going to start and told me to get ready and she would be back. I laid for 25 minutes before she showed back up. I had told her that I liked a deep massage but not a deep deep massage. The massage was terrible. Basically felt like someone just rubbing lotion on me. In the last five minutes she asked again if I the pressure was good and I told her to use more pressure.

Pretty disappointed with this place. I called over a month ago to schedule a prenatal massage for my sister for her birthday and to schedule a massage for me and a facial for my mom. I got told we would be on the wait list since the receptionist didn’t know who would be working that day so far in advance which was understandable. Two weeks went by and I hadn’t heard anything so I called and was told we were still on the wait list. Another week went by with no word, I called again and was finally told there was only one massage therapist working that day, so I asked if we could just do the prenatal. The receptionist confirmed the prenatal massage for my sister and the date and time was all set. Well, today (2 days before my sister’s massage) I get a text from Spa Natur saying they need to reschedule because the therapist doesn’t do prenatal massages. I texted back letting them know how insanely last minute notice that is considering I scheduled it over a month ago and told them I wouldn’t be rescheduling; the response I got was “ok, thank you”. Pretty awful and disappointing customer service. I went once before a few years ago and didn’t have a great experience, so I don’t know why I tried again. I definitely won’t be going here in the future.

I’m not recommending your company. But I rate my experience at a 2 /10. Over priced for services even with a Groupon. The space seemed dusty, drop ceiling had water marks. I doubt anyone has been properly trained based on lack of skill. The experienced masseuse coughed 5 times on my wife during a couple massage yesterday. And my phone was the only one that didn’t ring/ vibrate. The only redeeming quality was effort. They knew they where shysters and tried to fake a real spa experience.

Can’t speak highly enough of this little hidden gem. Went for the first time and was incredibly surprised.. they have a beautiful storefront and have created a beautiful, blissful, & relaxing ambiance. Jordan did an absolutely wonderful job… he listened to my concerns/issues and curated a wonderful massage and even talked with me. It was like a double therapy session! Highly recommend this spot.
