I have been going to this nail salon for about 4 years, when I first started going here I kind of went with whatever nail tech was available and never left quite satisfied with my nails BUT one day Quinn helped me and she did an amazing job with the acrylic nail shape and solid color gel and ever since then I only book with her! She is friendly and trustworthy and very fair priced. I love going to see her, she makes me feel comfortable and relax, very sweet lady. I do admit they need more techs because there wait times do get a little long even though I always book an appointment in advance SOMETIMES I am still waiting 20 mins or so. Also they can use revamping in the salon because its not the cleanest place but in the area that its in you can’t expect much.

My mom had made an appointment for 11:30 for two pedicures. We came in at 11:35 exactly and the people told us we lost our appointment and they could no longer help us AT ALL. There wasn’t even more than 3 people waiting to get serviced. We ended up going to a better place to get our pedicures (thank god we did!) . This isn’t the first time we’ve had problems with this nail salon. They are very unprofessional, rude and most of all unclean. You’re better off spending your money somewhere else. Be warned!

Its my first time here and my Gel polish came off right away, the guy was in a hurry to do my nails. I called the following day to see if they can fix it but they said no i had to get another fill . Disappointed wont be coming back.

The sign indicates the shop’s closed due to COVID-19 but the place is being remodeled inside. I called on 4/11 and 4/20 and the phone was disconnected. The proprietor probably decided to finally pay the phone bill because I called today, the phone number’s no longer disconnected, it just rang and rang.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI’ve gone to a lot of different locations and this is by far the worst location I’ve ever gone if I could I would give zero Stars I went and spent $300 and people were supposed to be getting gel nail polish and they charged me for gel nail polish and didn’t put it on the people that I paid to have it on messed up on my nails numerous times gave me an attitude and then purposely started hurting my nails I still left a tip because I’m a nice person and I really try to think you know maybe they weren’t having the best of day but they shouldn’t have took me in and also cancel my appointment on me without notifying me. And then the lady messed up my niece’s nails you can literally see it got messed up and she still sent her out knowing that children aren’t going to say something. I’ve gone to a lot of different locations and this is by far the worst location I’ve ever gone if I could I would give zero Stars I went and spent $300 and people were supposed to be getting gel nail polish and they charged me for gel nail polish and didn’t put it on the people that I paid to have it on messed up on my nails numerous times gave me an attitude and then purposely started hurting my nails I still left a tip because I’m a nice person and I really try to think you know maybe they weren’t having the best of day but they shouldn’t have took me in and also cancel my appointment on me without notifying me.
