I got a no chip manicure and it was chipped after a week, things happen which is understandable. When I went in to get it fixed they told me “no chip lasts 3 weeks.” as soon as i showed my chipped nails they told me, “well they don’t last longer than 1-2 weeks.” The man said, “we won’t charge you this time around” It was very disappointing service and then to top everything off i got the wrong color put on my nails so 3 of my nails are a different color than the rest. I won’t be back here.

i wanted to try this place because it looks very updated nice and clean. I come in wanting. basic french tip acrylics. i somehow ended up with nails i did not want what so ever that were extremely pink. the owner did my nails and i could tell he wanted to rack up the bill as much as possible. i wanted simple oval french tip and he kept pushing a design and pink acrylic not letting me know or warning me about the difference in price. i ended up paying 95 dollars for nails i didnt even like that looked old lady -like. i wish i wasnt pushed into other things and got my basic french tip like i asked. definitely felt scammed and taken advantage of. never doing business here again. Over-priced. there are cheaper and better places in the area

They are exactly what I wanted and she even got under the nails with the nail file drill. I always have to tell nail techs to get under the nail but not her she was very nice and gentle. And her nails were really pretty. The shop was extremely clean and quite. I saw nail equip being sanitized there was also hand sanitizer at the stations it wasn’t crowded did not smell of chemicals and the seat was very comfortable. Thank you so much for your service. My wife went to Spa Nails for years, but never again. They had a novice work on her last time and she did a very poor job on her nails and when my wife went back to get them fixed, the owner — who is mean spirited and a male chauvinist, constantly boasting the women who work for him are his machines — charged my wife full price to redo her nails. My wife, a very popular local bartender in the area sent a lot of business to Spa Nails, but no more. My wife has already found a new nail salon that does even better work for less money. Avoid Spa Nails like the plague. UPDATE: Based on the owner’s rebuttal comments I will add “untruthful” to my review, as my wife did return within two weeks and as stated he made her pay full price to redo her nails. Unbelievable he would post publicly such a false statement.

Stay away the owner is ridiculously rude I went in to get a pedicure and a gel manicure I just moved into the area recently and decided to give them a try. The man that did my pedicure shaved my feet raw . After I got my feet done I sat to get a gel manicure done with request to have my previous nails taken off the owner try to have another person finish my nails because they were extremely packed. He rushed the man that was doing my nails that completely shaved my feet raw and I’ve never had a worse gel manicure or experience in my life. When I asked him why my nails looked so bad he told me the owner was rushing him and he couldn’t do a proper job. I will not be returning here and I don’t recommend anybody go there I’d rather drive to my old nail salon then deal with this ever again

Won’t be coming back here. It’s $30-35 for a no chip polish change, which only included taking off the polish and putting on new polish. Then the young guy doing my toes didn’t know what he was doing all the way. Didn’t do that great of a job and you can see polish residue around my toes.
