Horrible experience. The lady that did the hack job on my nails was so rude when I showed her something I wanted fixed. She pulled my nail back from my skin when she filed it so hard. Worst manicure I’ve ever gotten. The first time around the tech chopped off my natural nails without asking! She tried taking off my acrylic with what looked like a gardening tool. My nails were perfect after so I brushed that time off.

On my birthday, my husband and I went in for pedicures together. We sat down at the same time, but they started him first then did mine. I waited with my feet in the tub for 40 min. At one point I asked for more hot water, because the water got cold. The man was very rough throughout the entire pedicure. The towels were so hot, I pulled it off my own leg. This is the worst pedicure I’ve ever had and I will never go back.

This is the first time trying this nail salon. I have been going elsewhere for 12 year but have been unhappy with there service for awhile. I never have written a review before but I left this nail salon in tears. The woman who did my nails was the one who sits to the left in the first chair when you walk in. She was on the her phone almost the entire time I was there. She was insanely rude. I came to get a full set with coffin shape. When asked how short I wanted them I had to keep telling her to go shorter because with my job I can’t have insanely long nails. She told me shorter is ugly and she refused to cut them. She cut my cuticle and it was bleeding. And my nails are square not coffin. My nails are not painted fully and she barely filed them so now they are so sharp that it hurts. I had to go home a file them myself. I recommend going to literally any other nail salon in. Carmel.

Busy place and still very polite. My daughter and I enjoyed mani pedis complete with a snuggly teddy bear. The only suggestion I would make is the water to be warmer. Such friendly and inviting employees, not to mention high attention to detail on our nails. My daughter loves girls’ day and they made it happen without any issues. Thank you!

I sat for 30 min with my feet in the water before anyone came over so my water was cold, then when she scrubbed my feet the skin was left very uneven, some parts looked untouched and others were scrubbed too close to my skin to the point it hurt 🙁 I don’t normally make bad reviews but I was just very unpleased Pedicure
