Entrance looked great, they had a wonderful selection of colors, professional looking, neat and clean atmosphere. No one was at the cocktail bar, or asked me if I wanted one. Service was for a regular manicure. I expected: casual conversation (how are you? Consultation about my nails), my nails trimmed to be even, shaped how I requested, and painted. Pretty low expectations, didn’t need anything but that. What I got was: a client telling me where the towels were, to pick out a polish and wait for a number. My nail tech was polite and very quiet. She didn’t ask how I liked my nails, nor did she trim them to be even. She went right into a 3-4 stroke file, quick cuticle work, and a lotion application that I think was supposed to be a massage but was anything but relaxing. It seemed very rushed. The polish itself was applied well so no complaints there! She was super helpful in gathering my items to the dryer station. (15 min service)

BEST NAIL SALON EVER! And I do mean, ever to exist in the USA!! I’ve been going here since I’ve been a senior in high school (now I’m 26 year old college graduate) and this salon never disappoints me in any way! They’re just artists that make sure they perfect your nails in the most exquisite way to make you the happiest. Usually, Lynn, Tyler, or Kevin does my nails, but there’s not a single bad nail tech here and I really love the personal connection you can have with everyone! They’re very affordable for what they do too! They serve delicious little cocktails, they’re iced coffee’s super good, and very good spring rolls. I haven’t been here in a minute (since before the very 1st covid lockdown of 2020) just because I’ve been wearing press-ons, doing my own acrylics (it takes too long..don’t try it, it’s not worth it), and just trying to save some money, but now this February of 2022 I am rounding up some girlfriends and we will be returning!! I can’t wait and I’m honestly so excited!!

For the price I expected a lot better service. Had these done on Friday it’s now Sunday and the paint is already wearing off after only two days!!!Unfortunately I’m heading out of town, so I can’t go back and get it fixed or I would. Just a fill and a quick paint job that’s lumpy, all for 65.00. Will NOT be returning. They’re too busy and just rush people thru. Not as good as they used to be.Service: Acrylic nails

Came in for a gel mani and pedi today before being induced Monday. Wanted to do something nice for myself before baby’s arrival. My pedicure was first and everything was okay. My nail tech seemed angry and rushed. Didn’t make much conversation with me. Then it came to my gel manicure. I had leftover nail glue from some press on nails I had on before. She kept rubbing it and asking me what it was and I told her it was just leftover nail glue. She said she couldn’t do the solid color I wanted because of it….I asked her why she couldn’t just file the glue off? She said it would show through and that she had to do French white tips…so I said ok even though it’s not what I wanted. So after she paints the white tips on, she starts putting clear coat on. And I stopped her and asked for some type of a pink layer or something because the clear coat was not covering anything. She said “Oh sorry too late”.
