Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityCame here for a pedicure & my mom got a full set. The guy who did my pedicure was very efficient, nice, and didn’t take all day, however I never felt rushed. My toes came out perfect as well . My mom had a great job done on her nails !

I had an excellent experience this morning at Spa Nails. The staff were wonderful and had a great sense of humor. I arrived around 9:45 and was able to receive a mani/pedi immediately. They have partitions for extra covid precautions and everyone washed their hands upon entering and wore masks properly. My nails turned out perfect. Highly recommend!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI will never go to this place again, the “owner” was rude and extremely unprofessional. I made an appointment two weeks in advance for my bridal nails for my wedding the following day as soon as I walked in she said she couldn’t do what I was wanting which was a simple white glitter nail. Didn’t even try to compromise she told me to go somewhere else after asking if she could show me what she could do. Save yourself the time inconvenience and money do not ever go here! So here I am 24 hours before my wedding searching for a nail salon. I got the cutest set of nails I’ve ever had here, they are zebra print with a hot pink tip!!! They took their time and were so sweet to me. I have had so many compliments every where I go every single day! I will NEVER go anywhere else. Every person that came in they knew their name and talked to everyone like family! DO NOT go here for any kind of wax!!! Realistically, if this is how they take care of wax jobs I’m scared to see them attempt anything else. It was a mistake to go here, one that led to my physical injury, as in ripped skin and blood.

Rude rude rude! Too bad, I was really looking for a new neighborhood nail salon! I waited to be acknowledged, then made an appointment for later in the day. Came back at my appointment time, was then ignored for several minutes and had to speak up again. The man was perturbed that I needed gel polish removed before my scheduled manicure. Seriously? Forget that, I’ll spend good money elsewhere. This is NOT a friendly establishment.
