Very sloppy nail painting. I could have painted my own nails and gotten the paint more even than what I paid for. When I first sat down i said not to file my nails because I already shaped them the way I wanted them (I dont like any edges) and he said okay and proceeded to file my nails before I could stop him.

Critical: ProfessionalismI always come back to this place because I love how she does my nails but today I was not feeling it at alll! My nails look great but she was rushing & being extra rough & also made me pay before she even finished my nails! I was the only black person there & the only person she did that too! My nails look great but she was rushing & being extra rough & also made me pay before she even finished my nails! I was the only black person there & the only person she did that too! I got a full set and pedicure done here… Absolutely would never recommend this place. First off, as the lady used the machine to file my nails she was pressing so hard she kept burning me. Over and over and over again. I had to keep pulling my fingers away and shed laugh and say sorry. Its okay to laugh the first time.. But over and over? Really? Then i get a pedicure. Which was awesome. I cant complain there. Except only 2 days later all of my polish is chipped and ruined. So i got my nails done because i was on vacation and traveling to the Caribbean with my boyfriend and son. My boyfriend ended up proposing so thank goodness i got my nails done… Except my white tips look like theyve been lifting for weeks RIGHT after i got them done. Embarrassing when EVERYBODY is looking at your hands now. And the best part which caused me to write this review is 2 of my nails have popped off already (1 week later now) which NEVER happens. As a busy mom i only go once every 4-5 weeks and always have all 10 nails intact. I am so irritated i have to go home only to spend another 30 dollars to fix the horrible job these ladies did. If i was still in Texas I’d march up there and ask for mu generous tips back. DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE
