I went in for a basic manicure and pedicure. When I went to check out the girl said my bill was $85. I thought that was a little high from what I thought I ordered from their menu. After getting home I looked at my receipt to see why I was charged $85 instead of $65. I was shocked to see my card was charged a $126.72 !!!! A tip of $41.72 had been added along with $5.00 for massage and $20.00 for gel nail polish. Oh my gosh!!!! I’ll never go back! Check your bill before you leave ladies!!!!!!!

When I first arrived I told them I need a full set of dip nails and tried to clarify that it’s just dip and all my nails. The lady clipped my first mail as if I had tips on and I was mad!!! Explained that these are my nails and not tip so she stopped. She was in such a hurry filing that she shaped my nails inwards instead of straight up from the side of the nail. I noticed one mail was still showing on the side and asked her to fix and she said ok but then didn’t. Instead she just filed. So I asked again and told her it needs more dip. I can see many nails not covered with dip on the sides and one worse than the others when I got home. Not impressed and will not go back. My disgust got tips and they flip up like claws instead of nails. She’s happy but they look silly! Lady said it’s a cue she has no nails but why would the tip flip up? I wanted to the have my eyebrows waxed but too afraid of that they would look like. I also have to come home and sand some of my nails down because they were rough on the sides due to her filing again after she painted the top coat!

Should have read the reviews before coming here. They are way overpriced. I paid $60 and usually for a full set anywhere else it’s $40. They are very unsanitary. One person will start working on your nails then pass you to someone else without ever cleaning the space before someone else is told to sit there. They don’t change their towels and use the same file on everyone. My nails look awful. Had to come home and fix them myself. They don’t even deserve a one star.

First off they don’t deserve the one star I had to give them in order to leave a review. Years back, I always came here for nails and the service was great. Now, the services there are not even sanitary nor are the employees welcoming, friendly, or dependable. Today, I got my eyebrows waxed and I be darned they came out horrible. She plucked after waxing but yet left so many hairs above my brow. I didn’t need any for keepsake. Rude comments were also made, which I couldn’t believe. Needless to say, I won’t be returning. PERIOD!!!

Went with my daughter and the lady did a good job on my nails and feet. The guy that did my daughters acted like he was in a race. She was done 30 minutes before I was done and she even had her eyebrows done. Then when we went to pay it was $180 + $20 tip. My husband paid but after seeing the price my daughter went back in cause we were not told gel nail polish on ur toes is an extra $20 per person. $30 each for feet plus $20 each for gel on toes, then $30 for her manicure and $40 for full set of powder nails, and finally her $10 eyebrows waxed plus $20 tip. Total $200 for us there. Won’t happen again. No where on there menu guide is a $20 extra charge for gel polish on toes. Made sure to tell them that they needed to post that so people don’t get caught off guard like we did. $200 should have been enough for 3 people, Not just 2!

They always do good pedicures. They take the time to trim and get out the ingrown nails. The pricing on pedicures is excellent. You get more for the price around in the area. I had a cracked nail and they fixed it so I could keep it without clipping the nail off.

Totally recommend! I did have to go back the day after I had a gel manicure done because the gel seemed a little thin and one had already chipped. I called to let them know and she said to come on in so she could fix it. She practically gave me a whole new manicure and it came out perfect! Definitely going back! And the prices are amazing

Really nice people and I love my nails. I don’t think they should charge people for cutting down nails. There gonna grow, and it only takes 5 seconds to cut them down . I guess I’ll cut my nails down before I get there.
