Love this place! The staff is very friendly, engaging and professional. I wanted something simple, yet fun for summer. After talking with them, and giving me suggestions, we decided on this. I LOVE IT! And let’s not forget how amazing the pedicures are! The bonus to this place is they are open on sundays, and with my busy schedule, that is awesome! Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

The girl I had wasn’t very good, she cut me, ran over my skin with the files alot, and took forever and shook alot. The nails look bad and weren’t worth the price. My sister got one of the older gentlemen and he did great and got done with her in half the time. Hers purple, mine black. I think it just depends on who does them

I have been going here for a while now and absolutely adore them. Nathan and Amber usually go back and forth on doing my nails just depending on who is there and they both do a awesome job. I could never go anywhere else after going here and recommend them to anyone who asks about my nails. No matter what I get done it always looks excellent and they are always open to answering any questions I have on nails and are very helpful when making decisions. I love it here and 100% recommend.

I used to get my nails done at this salon ALL the time but a few years back there was what I assume was a change in ownership and it’s been downhill fast. today the interaction I had was grossly unprofessional. The woman working when i entered was VERY rude to me and treated me with so much disrespect for simply asking a question about a service. i’ve never before in my life left a nasty review about a place, but i’m literally sitting in the parking lot writing this, because this salon is a joke. the work has been subpar at best the last few months (it’s close, that’s the only reason we’ve continued to go here until this point) on top of all of this, it’s impossible to get in due to the fact that theres only ever 2 or so people working. my sister and i walked out because of the way we were spoken to. other customers also realized that it was rude, you should have seen their faces. we will NEVER be back + will tell our friends who come here about this experience. save yourself the attitude and go to p+w nail bar in springfield!!

I had an appointment to fix my nails. After waiting literally an hour over my appointment time for a seat, I finally got my nails done. There is a hard-core language barrier there. They like to talk over you to each other. 1: My nails started cracking less than 12 hours after I got them for no part of my own. 2: the wait time was absolutely ridiculous. I would have understood If I was a walk in, but I had an appointment. 3: language barriers led to a very big problem in the end. I went in to have my nails fixed due to their screw up. It took calling the salon multiple times for just shy of a week before I could even get an appointment to repair 5 nails. When I walked in, I was asked what I was there for to which I replied, ” I’m here to have nails that have broken fixed.” They said yes, pick a color. After my nails were done, I went to leave. I had called ahead for over a week about my nails needing messed with because they broke without me ever doing anything to break them. I was told they would be fixed for free. Due to a language barrier I almost got arrested over freaking nails. This is not a salon I would ever recommend to anyone.
