The lady was insanely rude. Every single part of the process was just a terrible experience. Every little thing I said or asked she responded with a hateful response. She asked what shape I wanted and I told her i wanted them rounded. She asked how long and I told her kind of short. Then she literally threw the scissors at me and told me to cut them myself. She used the wrong colors(I had picked out the colors & she took it upon herself to pick different colors) my nails were super uneven & sloppy. She wouldn’t fix then or listen to anything I had to say. Will NEVER be going back here again.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityThis was a terrible experience! I was out of town visiting with a friend. I had gotten a bad manicure and needed gel and a couple of poorly done tips removed. My nails were ruined! I called ahead and explained that I just wanted what I had on removed and understood if they couldn’t do it. The gentleman I spoke to said they could.When I got there only one lady was working. I explained my call and what I needed. She was huffy and rude! I sat down and she started using a file to break up the gel. She was horribly rough and made a cuticle bleed! She didn’t even apologize!As I waited for the gel to soak I looked around the salon. It was filthy! Dirt, dust, and polish everywhere! Open containers of food littered the room. There was a very annoying program on the TV and the gal kept stopping to watch it. So unprofessional!When she finally came back to take off gel she was rough and rude! She scolded me for allowing someone to ruin my nails. Obviously I knew I had made a mistake. I didn’t need her opinion or judgment! I paid for the removal and couldn’t get out of there fast enough! I went to the shop a few days ago and I was really unpleased with my results I left the shop and came back 30 minutes later telling the lady I was unpleased with my results and asked if she could just remove the nails I didn’t ask for a refund but she refuse to take them off even though I pointed out everything that was wrong with them and then called me a liar and started being rude and even started mocking us so she left me with these horrible looking nails and all I could do was walk out

Tammy is the absolute best. Everyone saying she’s rude absolutely does not understand the difference in culture. Go in and get your nails done, and stop complaining about someone not talking to you. If you want a social experience go somewhere else, if you want great nails done quickly and well come here. Also, for those being blatantly racist, shame on you.

The services themselves were good; the folks working…I have a different opinion. There was a man and woman working, no other customers. The man was giving the woman a pedicure. She was instantly upset that I interrupted her pedi it appeared. The man whom was working who did my pedicure was good, not personable in the I maybe spoke 10 words the 2 hours I was there, but he was not hateful and did a great pedi. The woman (who was getting the pedi when I walked in) did my full set. She was hateful from the time I sat down. She made 2 of my fingers bleed and was overall being very rough/careless l, jerking my arm around after she messed up on a nail. I’m 8 months pregnant and she continued to try and pull me closer to the table, my arms were fleet lfully extended, there was no issue, I was close enough to her that I could have flicked her in the boob, and trust me as snotty as she was it crossed my mind….however Wlwhile painting my nails, I asked her to put an additional coat of the glitter polish;she began going off that it would take forever to remove. I commented that it wasn’t her problem as I’m not from here and she wouldn’t be the one dealing with it; so sorry that she was mad at my request..psssst I’m paying you…at least have the decency to not be a jerk if I request an additional coat or be upset that I interrupted your pedi while you were on the clock… She continued to shake her head…and be hateful…needless to say.. the pedi was great, the mani looks fine but don’t know that it is worth dealing with such a crappy, crabby woman.
